Used Mixa mate for years Reco always be professional all drivers helpful easier than hiring pump as they do both

The concrete delivery itself was fine, but the driver was incredibly unprofessional. Throughout the entire time on-site Roco/Riko (not sure) complained about his co-workers and boss calling them stupid and whatever shmatchash from Edmonton means... (I dont speak Indian)

It created a very awkward atmosphere and made the whole experience unpleasant.

While I understand venting frustrations, doing so in front of a customer is unacceptable. It left a negative impression and frankly, made the driver seem like the biggest "stupid person" in the situation.

Mixamate should ensure their drivers maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

I have used mixamate on several occasions and they have not disappointed. I use the lorries with a concrete pump on and it makes concreting so much easier. The drivers are great they will try their hardest to get exactly where you want them.

Very impressed with Mixamate. Helpful and great service

I had a delivery/mix of 2m3 for a garage floor. Mark the technician was very helpful as I have never used pumped concrete before. Concrete mixed on site is a great way to adjust your quantity and how wet the mix is.
The ordering process was very simple and with quick delivery I was very happy with the service.

We had mixamate come to us on Thursday 21/12/23
to pump 8 cubic metres of concrete. Harry the driver/operative was brilliant. He was very helpful and took time for us to level the concrete to good effect. Also very clean and tidy so thank you Harry for an excellent job.

We use Mixamate primarily for pumped concrete. Always on time and their setup really does take the hard work out of a project. Well done

We have been using Mix a Mate for a few years now on a regular basis, they were originally recommended by our grounds team.

They are always efficient and deliver on time, they offer a few different types of concrete and they are versatile on the type of concrete required. Their concrete quality is definitely a lot better than other concrete companies

Excelent service provided by Mark the driver operator. Would give five stars only I think Mixamate expensive for the concrete and most definately for the pump @ £400+Vat for just over an hour.

Mixamate have 1 big advantage. There trucks have an integrated pump. So they one my job today as space for the truck and pump was a big problem. However I was then very pleasantly surprised by the service delivered by our very helpful and friendly operator called Mark.. he made a hard job that much more manageable. Thanks Mark

We always use Mixamate, great concrete and always nice drivers that are always helpful. On this occasion many thanks to Scouse Ian again for making the operation and clean up go smooth.

We have used Mixamate for both our foundations and slab and I wouldn’t use anyone else in future. The guys in the office are really helpful and friendly and when we had a bit of a disaster and had to postpone the slab they couldn’t have been nicer about it. Ian, who delivered and pumped both lots for us is fantastic, he is really knowledgable and efficient and had no problems with our awkward access site or the fact that we are down a narrow street. He went above and beyond for us and made the whole job much less stressful!

We ordered self levelling concrete from Mixamate Leeds which was delivered on 27/11/23. We were told the mixer would arrive at 8am and it did - on the dot. The man who came was very polite and helpful. He judged the concrete amount to the millimetre - it couldn't have been more perfect. He made no mess which was amazing given that the hose ran through the hallway and living room to the kitchen at the back of the house. There wasn't even any trace of the mixer being outside the house after he left. We are very, very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to use them again.
