I love the multiple location shipping. Quality was way better than blurb with my first printing. This was exactly what I wanted. The interface was easy easier than blurb. The AI upscaling was amazing and made so much more sense than the website complaining about problems your site just fixed for me. I liked the interface, and how it even showed a picture of where I was shipping too. The shipping want on time but that wasn't your guys fault... I even got a personal email about my different tracking numbers. Very happy customer. I'm glad I chose a Canadian company to print my book about Canada

Unreliable Customer Service
We bought a large order to print for our artbook, they gave us a date of delivery, and then immediately changed the delivery date a day before it was supposed to arrive with no reason why. This was frustrating as we expressed our concern about an event we are hosting because of our art book and the delayed shipment was too long that we had to cancel our event. We called customer service and there was no response to solving anything or reasoning why it was delayed. TRIED to use the chat and the phone number and there was genuinely no one who could pick up. Disappointing and unreliable experience and I still haven’t gotten the order yet.

We always aim to meet our estimated timelines, and in most cases, we do. As all of our products are custom made, the dates we provide are estimates rather than guarantees. That said, we work hard behind the scenes to keep everything on track and get orders out as quickly as possible, so we understand how frustrating it is when expectations aren’t met.

Great product, delayed delivery
Great product, of high quality. Delivery date changed the day it was to arrive, to two days in the future, and so I lost out on potential sales as a result of its non-availability, and my customers expecting the book being available on the initial delivery date quoted. UPS essentially held onto the item over the weekend, when it was the last weekend of my show at the gallery.

In this case, the shipment was fully in the hands of the carrier, and unfortunately the change in delivery date and the decision to hold the parcel over the weekend were outside of our control. We understand how critical timing was for your gallery show, and how disappointing it must have been to not have the book available as planned.
That said, we don’t take the impact lightly, and we truly regret the inconvenience this caused you.
We always aim to meet our estimated timelines, and in most cases, we do. As all of our products are custom-made, our dates are shared as estimates, but we work hard behind the scenes to keep everything on track and get orders out as quickly as possible.
For any future or larger projects, especially with important deadlines, we recommend letting us know as early as possible, ideally either just before confirming your order or right after, Live chat is great way to reach out to us. This allows us to provide the most accurate production timelines and keep a closer eye on your order from start to finish.

No customer service and No quality control
My order arrived 1 month late! There is very little and very poor customer service. Even when they tried to "fix" the problem, the product was poor quality and the ink rubbed off!

I am more than pleased with your quality of work. Actually, extremely pleased. The only complaint I have is with myself for not picking up on a few typos.
The colour reproduction of the many photos that were contained in my book was outstanding. I looked very hard but was unable to find anything to fault the company. Great job guys (and gals).

My order was processed fast and…
My order was processed fast and shipping was quick. One set of prints were too dark which was my picture I guess but I think it would be nice if editing would catch it and give you the choice of cancel or retaking photos

Hi Susan, it’s great to hear your order arrived quickly, thanks so much for sharing that. We are sorry to hear one set of prints came out darker than expected though.
When an order is confirmed, it acts as the final go ahead that everything has been checked and you’re happy to proceed with printing. We always recommend taking a moment to review the artwork thumbnails, The Preview, and the download the proof, as that gives the most accurate representation of how your files will print.

That said, it’s worth keeping in mind that digital screens are backlit, so colours and brightness can appear different compared to the final result on printed paper.
We also have lots of helpful on line support pages about colors, and how to set up your files, so you may want to give those a try, but if needs be, we also have our very helpful team on hand if you need any help or support.

Beautiful family memento!
Quality of final book is beautiful. We compiled several pdfs created over 25 years by family members into a single pdf with graphics, photos and text. At letter size paper, 224 pages, 100lb paper it is big but still a
comfortable weight to handle. Our back cover photo as submitted needed a tweak and Mixam communicated options and offered a perfect fix.
