I ordered 40 photo books. Pricing was excellent, and they shipped in a timely fashion and arrived in plenty of time. Beautiful quality, I was very pleased with my experience! The online editor is not highly user friendly, but Mixam support was very helpful throughout the editing process. Definitely will order again!

This was the sixth time we have used Mixam to print very high-end hardcover books. The process is remarkably simple (especially once you've gotten the hang of the first one), and everyone is very pleased with the results -- with the sharp inks and beautiful heavy paper. The books always arrive when promised, and we receive regular communication along the way. Working on another one now. We will send it to Mixam with confidence.

On the website when I ordered my books, it said they would arrive on August 11th, which was perfect because I needed them on for an event on August 15th.

August 13th rolled around and they still hadn’t shown up. I was very stressed, but luckily they showed up on time. Just make sure if you’re gonna order books and you need them for a certain time, don’t rely on the estimated delivery date because you never know what could go wrong.

The whole process is fairly simple with fast delivery - thank you! The upload of artwork could be a little simpler, I had to upload many versions with corrected page labels to accommodate cover art and page order.

Really good. Prints looked amazing. I like how they dubble check with the preview area so youll see how itll look, and make sure everything is aligned correctly

Pricing is very high for a one-off book. It gets better with quantity orders.

I had a sample copy made then a larger order but the the image contrast was not consisten between the two runs. Also, the book was all black & white images but they were not true B&W - more sepia with too much yellow.

At first, I experienced a lot of confusion towards the website’s set up. I emailed back and forth with customer service a few times and they were a great help. And, in the end, the magazines arrived early and in such beautiful condition; The end product exceeded my expectations and outweighed any frustrations I had dealt with earlier on with the website.
