Un opticien en ligne fiable
J'ai commandé des lunettes de vue et des lunettes de soleil sur différents sites internet, mais je reviens toujours sur MisterSpex car c'est le site qui offre la meilleure qualité de produits. A chaque fois que mon ophtalmo vérifie les verres, ces derniers sont toujours conformes aux corrections demandées et à l'écart pupillaire prescrit, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas pour d'autres enseignes. Le temps entre la commande et la réception des lunettes est un peu long, mais ça vient souvent de DHL et DPD. Enfin, je n'ai eu qu'une seule fois un problème avec un colis reçu endommagé... Il avait été vraisemblablement ouvert, mais comme il ne s'agissait pas d'une monture avec une marque connue, ça n'a sans doute pas intéressé la personne ... Je pense encore une fois que le problème vient du livreur (DPD, avec qui j'ai eu souvent ce genre de problème, surtout avant les fêtes de Noël...). Concernant le service clients, je les trouve très réactifs. J'ai déjà effectué des retours, une annulation de commande, des essais à domicile, tout s'est toujours très bien passé. Bref, je suis très satisfaite de MisterSpex et je n'hésiterai pas à commander à nouveau chez eux.

The sunglasses came 3 to 5 working days is a bit long but the price was much cheaper than everywhere else and the items are authentic all accessories included cannot fault other than slower delivery would use again without hesitation

Have ordered some contact lens and it's…
Have ordered some contact lens and it's been 8 days now and still no sign of them. A rubbish company by all accounts, looking through the reviews. They advertise that delivery will be 3 to 4 days which is seemingly a deliberate lie. I will definitely not use them again and will go back to my old supplier.

Was a bit sceptical at first with not hearing about the company before and some bad reviews. Order arrived perfectly fine although it took longer than expected due to international shipping but this was no fault of misterspex.

Lenses delivery
Good service, I've ordered before when the price was lower than alensa or others. Shipping takes a bit longer but it's fine.
A bit annoying is the huge box to deliver the small slim lens packs, which is totally unnecessary.

Ordered 6 June. Still no sign of my order and it's 13 June. The Royal Mail tracking just says sender has dispatched the item.
The 3-5 business day shipping claim is not accurate AT ALL.
