Great choice of frames and it's quite a fast process to get your prescription glasses made and delivered to the UK. Customer service is excellent too.
Have bought four pairs of prescriptions glasses with Mister Spex and would definitely buy from them again.

A very honest and efficient company.
I selected 3 frames to try at home and they were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, none of them suited so I returned them. The whole process was very easy and the full refund was processed in days.

Over a week and still no lenses
Why does the website promise delivery in 3-4 days? It’s been 7 days and no sign of delivery. Can’t get hold of customer service - just get a recorded message. Will never use again.
Update to response below: I have spoken to customer service and they’ve explained 3-4 days delivery *from date of dispatch*. If that’s the case, then that’s what your website should state. Assuming they arrive today (no sign so far) it will be 9 days from ordering.

False promise of 3-5 day delivery and shockingly poor customer service.
Ordered contact lenses a week ago for my holiday which I go on today and Misterspex have left me high and dry - contacted their "customer support" team who couldn't be less interested in helping. Avoid this company!!!

I haven’t got my sunglasses
I haven’t got my sunglasses, they sent me a a wrong proof of delivery, it was a picture of a parcel from a different company and they haven’t come back to me yet after a week of claiming, don’t order, really bad
