Good website; clear navigation; very good choice of frames. Glasses received are excellent quality, and with a (surprise!) spare part of lenses.
Slight drawback was having to interpret my prescription, which was not in the same format as the input form - an upload would have been better from my inexpert pov.

Overall very happy with my purchase from Mister Spex. A good range of glasses/styles/sizes to choose from, especially the more narrower sizes.
Also the ability to try frames before you buy is good.
Ordering is easy.
Only a couple of points, main one being that due to the fact the glasses have to post from Germany, the timeframe is a bit slower. Also the lenses on my ordered glasses had smudges on them so had to be cleaned. If they had been professionally clean before being packed for shipment then it would have been spot on.
Would highly recommend Mister Spex though and shall certainly use then in the future 🙂

Good glasses. Website virtual try on is really good. There was a delay in shipment, which was a little concerning. The box was worse for wear after delivery.

Glasses were fine, however I paid for lotus effect and within hours of wear they accumulated a lot of grease as my old glasses (without lotus effect would) when I addressed this with customer service they were unhelpful. Quite poor customer service who said to send the glasses back then. False advertising I’d say

Great product & great prices but delivery is slow. Ordered the contact lenses on a Sunday & they were delivered the following Friday hence 4* not 5*.

So quick and easy to order and they came in 3 days, excellent.

Quick delivery, even though it was shipped from the EU to the uk. Still quicker than Specsavers! Glasses fit really well and look great. All at a very favourable price. I'd definitely recommend Mister Spex.

Ordered try at home, paid £1000 got glasses in 8 days, sent back with prescription - waited 2 weeks for refund for the unwanted frames. Then another 2.5 weeks for the glasses to arrive. One frame arm was broken and the other pair the box looked like it been dragged down a road.
And just to top of the service here - my prescriptions were wrong! Don’t use this company, they don’t tell you it’s in another country hence the delay in refund for hold and the time to send.

Overall I've had a good experience with this company.. even though I've had to return my sunglasses. But everything went smoothly. I also re ordered another pair od sunglasses Without no issues.👍
