Pretty polish
Arrived very quickly and the little girl who received it was delighted with it. We wanted a polish that didn't need a chemical nail polish remover and will be using this company again.

Really nice but dissapointed by their marketing strategy
Bought a gift set and a perfume for my daughter birthday, and as a first order they offered a mystery gift of 5.99£ value but got a lip balm that is a 4.49£, I know it is a free gift but Marketing should be fair :)
Beside this, the items look cute and I am sure my girl will enjoy it :)

Bought as a gift and very disappointed
Bought as a gift and very disappointed. Packaging of gift boxes was low quality and arrived damage. Cost did not reflect state they arrived in. Hoping the products make up for it.

Disappointing.
I have to say that despite high hopes I was disappointed in Miss Nella. The free gift consisted of 2 small lip balms. I was expecting a set in a box!! The nail polishes are quite small. All just thrown into an envelope. I think the stuff sold is reasonably expensive for what it is. Sadly I'll not be buying from Miss Nella again nor would I recommend to a friend.

Hi Mrs Kirk, thank you for your review and we are really sorry to hear your order wasn't up to your expectations. Regarding the free set, nowhere on our website does it say that you are to receive a free set in a box. You did order 3 individual items rather than ordering a gift set or a gift box, so we are really unsure as to how else the items could have been dispatched but wrapped in a jiffy bag. We do however appreciate your feedback and wish you a very happy Christmas!
