I won't advise anyone to pay for Regirl wigs unless there is a provision for fitting. I was so disappointed when I unboxed the Spicy Icon that I paid about a 100 dollars for. (100 thousand Naira). After I notified them of the difference between what I received as against what was advertised, they picked it up for 'review' and claimed that it wasn't defective in any way and that it has been restyled. Further, to get it back, I have to pay for the pickup and subsequent redelivery! They're not willing to give me a refund because according to them, I have worn it. How do I know if a wig fits without wearing it? It's really so disappointing!!!

I ordered two wigs - Midnight muse and Spicy icon and waited for nearly 2 months before I received them You would think they would send the correct item. They sent the wrong one and I have been following up asking for the correct item to be posted out. I have been turned up and about. This is frustrating . I have asked for a refund or the correct item to be sent out but to no avail this is terrible customer service. I will not advise anyone to have any transaction with them.

Ordered over a month ago and still waiting for my order to arrive. The wait time has now exceeded their latest delivery date. The responses from them are late, unhelpful and discourteous. Tired of chasing. I guess I've been scammed. Don't be fooled by their glossy upbeat socials.
