Damaged during delivery ordered a beauty case but…
I ordered a beauty case but unfortunately when it arrived the mirror inside the case was shattered. I emailed the company straight away and got a prompt reply saying they would send me a replacement case which I received a week later due to postal strikes. Overall very good service.

We are really sorry for the late delivery. Last Monday is a bank holiday and also there is Royal mail strike hence the deliveries got delayed than expected. Now the parcel is delivered could you please update the feedback. For the inconvenience caused we would like to send the free product as compensation.

Great product for young girls! Easy to buy and quick delivery. Chose the three couloirs in nail polish that my friend’s little girl had asked for and arrived in a neat little pack. Super names for the colours too! All good - would buy again 💜💙 and love that they peel off! 🙏

Just perfect!
At the moment I have no experience with the products, because all I've been purchased is a gift for different little princesses, but I have absolutely amazing experience with customer service. They solved the problem I had with no time at all! Just literally, problem was solved instantly!
The second what I liked the most about the company is that the products don't contain any nasty ingredients, which is very important, especially for children with sensitive skin. So I believe that it wasn't the last order from Miss Nella

Excellent Customer Service
The customer service that I received from the sales team at Miss Nella has been exceptional. The products gifted have been happily received by a 7 year old who is feeling very grown up and excited with the range of colours for her nails. Highly recommended.
