Surprise DHL demande 42.50 euros au moment de la livraison au titre des frais de douane. Cela n'est pas correct car le prix passe du coup a 185 euros environ : simplement scandaleux. Scam.
We bestelden een broek op 5 december 2022.
Vandaag, 25 januari 2023, nog steeds geen broek aangekregen. Mail verzonden, geen antwoord van de firma.
We krijgen berichten via telefoon en post binnen dat we nog extra moeten betalen voor invoerkosten.
We stuurden hier mails over, geen reactie. Telefoonnummer is een phising nummer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SCAM
Ordered item on 15 December. Money came out of account but have not received the trousers. Have emails, instragrammed, Facebooked and Tweeted many times and not one response. The only phone number i could find on the internet for then is no longer connected. Reading comments from social media pages many others have the same issue. Thats £145 we are still trying to get back.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company - i would rate as 0 if i could. I ordered my item well before Christmas but received an email blaming postal dispute on the delayed delivery. I replied immediately to cancel my order but despite emailing on 3 occasions and phoning twice i was unable to cancel and get a refund, in fact i had no response at all. I have now involved my bank to investigate.

Incorrect items and delayed order
Placed an order with this company on 28th October and after all this time of trying to reach them on all of their socials and email, they sent me the wrong item with an item missing. Please can someone make contact as a matter of urgency! Order number: #15948
