over priced as hell and delivery takes months

Ordered 4 items and paid, then no confirmation email and non-existing customer service, just some kid sending random answers on Insta. Wanted to please my son after months of begging, so now I’m furious with them.

Fiquei sem dinheiro, nunca chegou a minha encomenda. Não são honestos!

Purchased a pair 3 months ago, still havent recived them yet, i have wrote several times to them for a regund but got ignored everytime.

Ich warne alle von diese Seite, nur Betrug, schicken falsche Waren, und dann nicht ein Mal zurück schreiben wie kann man Ware zurück schicken und umtauschen! Finger weg von diese Firma!!!!

I ordered cargos on Aug 4 for a birthday present. They still have not arrived and noone is responding to emails. About to call bank to try and get a refund. Please do not order from this company.

I ordered two pairs of cargos. After arrival they look very good, but the quality is an issue. The adjustable elastic cords simply fell apart after not even a days use, for both pairs. Hoping that this was an issue only i had encountered or that i had received a bad batch i reached out to costumer service to attempt to amend the issue. However i received no answers no matter which of the supplied emails on their website i wrote to, in desperation i wrote to their instagram where they claim to be so active with their community and still received no answer. What started as an order with this small but still significant issue, that i could live with due to liking the pants as they are, has because of this lack of service turned into a sour experience.

Despite the elastics issue i was still happy to order again, but knowing how little they care about their costumers makes me never want to purchase a product again.

Mon fils a perdu 250€ pour un pantalon affiché à 125£ sur le site (+douane +TVA +port) alors qu’il a demandé l’annulation !!

Only 1 star because you can’t do zero! Scam company. My son ordered 2 pairs of Cargos which eventually arrived after 2 months from China. I asked after 4 weeks to cancel the order then for a return and refund but constantly ignored. The company has changed names numerous times. Please don’t waste your money, there are so many other online stores to buy from.

Ware wurde trotz Stornierung geliefert, es erfolgte trotz schriftlicher Kontaktaufnahme keinerlei reaktion, Zusätzlich wurden fast 80 Euro an Zollgebühren fällig auf denen ich zusätzlich sitzen geblieben bin für ein Hose die 120 Euro , Fazit. Nie wieder und Finger weg von dem verein

This is a scam company, do not order from them. I was persuaded by my son to order two pairs of Cargo trousers that were on a 50% off sale. After two months the items failed to arrive, a tracking number provided eventually showed they had been 'lost in transit'. The items are shipped from China, and not from the UK.
Contacted the seller via website - no response received.
The company goes by multiple names, invoice order was to a company called Lanarto LTD, the confirmation email has a link to another website, currently called ArabiaScents. This website has changed names and products at least once since I ordered the trousers.

Have since discovered the trousers can be brought from Amazon at half the price, but have terrible reviews for the quality of them.

Suggest avoiding this company at all costs.

Scam. My son ordered trousers, once your money is gone, your money is gone.

Do you not use this company? I am doing the review on behalf of my son that purchased a pair of trousers as his Christmas present online back on the 28th of December 2022. We are still waiting for the trousers to arrive and all of his £145 Christmas money has gone. This company is a disgrace. They have now switched the phone line off so you cannot contact them. We have now contacted trading standards as this is criminal how a company can take someone’s money and not deliver the product
