No Point of contact
I was given a parking ticket after my car broke down in a car park, I appealed this and was ignored, I then tried to send another email after the fine was increased without contact to which my email bounced back so I found their number and called them, I dealt with a rude man named Ryan who told me I was incorrect even though the email clearly bounced back to me and said their email is under maintenance. I then asked to speak to someone else and was refused. They told me they can't give my any information and there is no way else to contact them other by email and to try again in a few days.
This company appears to be a huge scam which is really disappointing and will be looking into further.
Keep your receipt
The charge for the car park was extortionate. I then received a PCN for a visit that was paid in full. Fortunately I kept the receipt so have the payment reference. But, I could easily not have done, or lost it. I have appealed and await to hear. Presumably, if we'd lost the receipt we would have struggled to appeal. Appalling.
Unhelpful and verging on rude.
My company received a parking charge, which was appropriate, even though all parking charges of this nature are contentious. On that particular day, the driver of the company's vehicle was a sub-contractor and he offered to pay the fine direct. I contacted Minster Baywatch to advise them of his name and address and received a very terse, almost rude email back advising they would not process any information relating to the driver which I had sent to them. I don't think there is any need to be so rude and unhelpful.
What a bunch of cowboys
What a bunch of cowboys, I received a fine in Kingston MK for apparently not parking correctly in a bay. Their evidence was rubbish so I appealed but they didn't want to know. Worst company in the area, I bet someone in the Council was 'well rewarded' for issuing them the contract. They are both as bad as each other..
This company can improve by ceasing…
This company can improve by ceasing trading. They are just licenced robbers who are happy to take money from taxpayers by threat.
Disgusting lock them up with no early release.
Tried using app to park
Tried using app to park, would not go through. Recieved fine so appealed. Just had letter today nothing about the appeal. Would not allow me to email back and no number to ring.
I wanted to speak with someone but think it is set up to make you pay.
Disgusting company to sort issues.
Absolute crooks
Absolute crooks, Scott Binnington and Ian Wilson, a 15 minute stop with my grandson cost £60 in a fine, the park had absolute minimum signage which works nicely for this pair of crooks. All parks should have a large sign on the exit saying "have you paid"
Faulty Ticket Machines
I parked my car in a car park in Tintagel, Cornwall, bought a ticket and paid for it using Apple Pay. I checked the car registration number was correct on the ticket. 3 weeks later, Minster Baywatch sent me a Parking Charge Notice threatening me with a £100 fine for not paying. I checked my account and found that the ticket machine had issued the ticket without taking any payment. I suspect the machines are deliberately designed to issue tickets at random without taking payment, in order for Minster Baywatch to con unsuspecting drivers into being fined.
Parking ticket
Company phone never maned company email doesn't work to send proof too ...paid by visa card so bank statement will be sent by mail I refuse to pay and will go to court .writing to mp too. Cromer car park £6 paid for ticket ripping legit payers off for what .Company a vile evil unlawful bunch of scammers .. Don't be fooled by these con artists.
A SCAM Company - that has ripped off thousands of people.
Having parked in Minster Bay Watch car park in Cromer recently, the one on the front going up the hill from the town. I had to queue at the pay point because people were somewhat confused regarding payment, some opted to pay on line, without success some paying bt credit/debit card, where the card reader was taking a long time, and tickets not coming out of the machine after taking payment.
It is also difficult to view the LCD screen when the sun is shining on it.
Conclusion: The payment equipment is not fit for purpose for the general public to use.
The only thing it is good for is giving Minster Bay Watch, the right to send numerus enforceable parking penalty charge on any one who has the miss fortune to choose one of their car parks, to park there car or van.
Disgraceful company
As others have said, Minster Baywatch are a dreadful company operating like thugs, imposing their demands without recourse or demands.
My situation is similar to others on here, but I am not giving in to their demands. I am happy to take this to court.
I have taken my situation up with my local MP, and recommend others do the same as these are the people that can get this industry properly regulated/overhauled.
Most inefficient parking company ever
Parked paid in cash received parking ticket at later date, paid £60 as there was a group of us and we shared the cost just to make issue go away. Today received demand for payment with debt recovery charge added. Unable to speak to a human to try and rectify their mistake have emailed but I do not hold out any hope that this inefficient money grabbing company will resolve this issue easily.

Absolutely disgraceful company with an outdated system and an automated phone line designed to make it as difficult as possible to speak to a real person.
They sent correspondence to the wrong address, which resulted in additional charges, yet showed no interest in taking responsibility for their own mistakes. Instead, you're forced through endless automated messages while they continue demanding payment.
The whole process feels like a money-making exercise rather than a fair service. Poor communication, zero accountability, and no genuine customer support when you actually need help.
A frustrating and stressful experience from start to finish.
Exploitative and money making scam
This company has instantly sent me a Demand payment for £105 for parking for just over 20mins without opportunity to challenge/query. This is scandalous and quite clearly an illegal and exploitative way of making money from hardworking and law abiding people. Please do not appoint this company to administer any other car park!!!!
I received a Parking Charge Notice from…
I received a Parking Charge Notice from Minster Baywatch after accidentally paying for the wrong Newcastle-under-Lyme car park through the RingGo app.
Importantly, this was not a case of failing to pay. I have a RingGo receipt showing that I paid for parking for the duration of my stay. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong location within the app and paid a different operator.
I immediately appealed and provided evidence of the payment. Minster Baywatch acknowledged that a payment had been made but rejected the appeal on the basis that it was for a different car park.
What I find frustrating is that there appears to be little consideration given to genuine mistakes, even where a motorist can clearly demonstrate that they intended to pay and did in fact make a payment. The focus seems to be on strict technical compliance rather than the reality that payment was made in good faith.
I appreciate that parking terms exist and that motorists have responsibilities, but I struggle to see how pursuing a £100 charge is proportionate in circumstances where there was no attempt to avoid payment and evidence of payment was provided from the outset.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone using a Minster Baywatch-managed car park to double-check every detail when using payment apps and to keep screenshots and receipts, as genuine payment errors do not appear to be treated sympathetically during the appeals process.
Unnecessary Parking Fine
I parked at the Newcastle-under-Lyme Vue Cinema car park, entered the correct vehicle registration number, and paid for the full duration of my stay. Despite fully complying with the parking requirements, I later received a parking charge notice claiming that my vehicle had breached the site’s terms and conditions.
The charge demanded £60, rising to £100 if not paid within 14 days. I appealed immediately and provided clear proof of payment, including the exact time the ticket was purchased. Despite having evidence that I had paid correctly, Minster Baywatch rejected my appeal.
What makes this even more concerning is that, after rejecting my appeal, they offered to reduce the charge to £20 as a “gesture of goodwill.” If they were so confident that the charge was valid, why reduce it by two-thirds? To me, this suggests they knew their position was questionable but still wanted to extract money from a paying customer.
I paid the £20 simply because I did not want the hassle of continuing the dispute, not because I accepted that the charge was justified. Many people may feel pressured into doing the same when faced with threats of escalating charges.
Based on this experience, I have very little confidence in Minster Baywatch’s appeals process and would strongly advise anyone using one of their car parks to keep every receipt, screenshot, and piece of evidence. If I ever receive another unjustified charge from this company, I will challenge it vigorously and take the matter as far as necessary rather than paying for a mistake that was not mine.
What a bunch of ripoff *4%$&"s
What a bunch of *4%$&"5. They operate a pay on exit regime controlled by ANPR. I parked at Peel Street, York and went into the city. Got back and went to pay, the machine had no record of my car. Another person had the same issue immediately before me. I decided to pay via RingGo but I had no idea what time I arrived so I decided to pay for 2hrs. It seems I was there longer and they sent their PCN demand. Lodged an appeal stating that the issue was with their machines and it got rejected. Apparently their machine are just fine thanks. Money grabbing tools
Minster Baywatch
Got a condition that you have provided medical certificates for? Can't help that your body is not in one piece and it's made you late by even 30 minutes. Don't worry Minster Baywatch is still there to f **k you even more than what life has already dealt you!
Was late from the parking that I paid for, I have had my large intestine removed and more. So at times, at complete random, I will not be very well. Even explaining this, and showing my medical cards, it doesn't matter in the slightest. £60 fine, thank you very much.
A scam to profit from unfair parking fines
I got fined for parking in a carpark I have an annual permit for. Unfortunately I had a long holiday and business trip immediately after so missed their window to appeal. They will not accept an appeal or talk to me but have managed to issue escalating fines and threaten a court hearing.
Dodgy company
Echoing others. rejected despite having my ticket as proof of payment. THEY won't accept the fault with their machine that failed to record not only my payment, but also that the ticket records only the first 2 digits of my 4 digit registration number - hard to see where to go next with this. Strikes me as slightly criminal i.e. 'we can't trace your payment' although you have the receipt. What sense is that?
