I was initially a little disappointed…
I was initially a little disappointed because my order got lost in the Christmas rush. After emailing them to ask what the status of the order was, they apologised and Express'd the package to me at no additional fee. The products arrived safe and sound within a couple of days. Thank you!

I ordered this unit in black
I ordered this unit in black. I got orange. There isnt any charging cable supplied. Only a type C to type C lead. I had to provide my own charging cable. The user guide is useful only for toilet paper, it tells me almost nothing. I have had to spend many hours on YouTube to try to get this unit working. Still havent cracked it. Losing patience rapidly. Very close to throwing in the bin.
The following day. Its gone in the bin. Useless piece of cr&p.

Thoroughly recommend them!
I went to Minidisc in person to buy my first Bowers & Wilkins PX7 headphones and they were extremely informative and helpful.
Decided to buy some Bowers and Wilkins Pi6 and used them again, this time online. Arrived two days later. I thought the Pi6 had issues and called them. Told me over the phone what to do and it worked! Great people.
