I've been buying from Wing at Minidisc for almost 20 years now. And I keep coming back for their knowledge and no-BS advice. The staff have intimate knowledge of the brands they carry and when it comes to deals, they'll match all competitor offers on the spot.
The latest purchase is such a great improvement over the previous Sony network walkmans; the ZX707 comes with a larger screen and a touch typing interface that's big enough to use normally. It's comparable in size to the 15" iphone pro, but shorter. They've also improved the battery life substantially, which was a pet peeve of the ZX500 series. Basically every niggle I had with the previous walkman has now been fixed with the 707. And Wing matched the Sony promotional offer without batting an eyelid. Thanks Sony and Minidisc!

Really impressed with Minidisc! The audio equipment selection is fantastic and information of stock fully displayed upfront. Prices are very reasonable, and the shipping was much faster than expected. Everything arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. Highly recommended

Still the best audio store in Australia. I've been shopping at Minidisc for about a decade and the service, both in-store and on-line, has never been short of stellar.

I ordered a product which I later realised was backordered (my fault as it was clear on the product page and the confirmation email, I'd done the order later at night half asleep).

I email their support team a couple of days later when I realised, asking when they were expecting stock and they replied within a couple of hours, giving me the expected timeline.

They then followed up to confirm that the stock had arrived earlier than they initially thought and when the product was shipped.

During the process I'd asked a question about a separate product and they were really quick with answering my question as well as giving me advice on if the product would suit my use case.

Overall they were really responsive and great to deal with.

The guy helping me knew details about each brand and showed genuine interest in which brands and models I liked and why. Talked me out of a couple of things that wouldve seen me pay more. I'll buy from minidisc again. Very happy with the headphones I got
