I really appreciated that Minidisc have all their equipment on demo and they provide a quiet, comfortable listening environment. It makes shopping in-person worthwhile. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable in-store or online.

Wing and Lachlan have a great appreciation of audio and the products best suited to your tastes and affordability. The Focal Clear MG's are excellent!

Service and fast shipping were brilliant the 'phones arrived a few minutes ago and haven't even had time to unpack them yet.
However there is a problem with the price. I was on your website looking for a headphone am and noticed
that the Sennheiser HD-600 have now been reduced to $399 and I would much prefer to that amount as it now is.
Can we do that?

​Firstly, the delivery was very quick. It was sent via registered post, meaning I had to sign for it with the mailman, which gave me great peace of mind regarding the security of the package.
​Secondly, even though the item was listed as "open-box," it arrived in absolutely pristine condition. It looked brand new, and all the original cables were included in the box.
​Most importantly, it works exactly as described, and I am thoroughly enjoying listening to my music more. I highly recommend Minidisc for their great service and quality products!

I ordered my headphones on line this was simple & straightforward. The headphones arrived 3 or 4 days later by Australia Post & that was free delivery. The headphones sound divine & I'm still burning them in. I couldn't be happier, I throughly recommend minidisc!

The package that the bud tips come in has positions for three sets, but only comes with two sets.
At this price point, having three sets supplied would be nice.
