Cannot get customer service to return messages. I have sent emails and texted the number online and all I was told was it takes about 24 hours....it has been 4 days and still nothing. I have not bought myself any work out clothes in years and finally treated myself. I needed to exchange 2 items and it is very disheartening to know customer service is awful. I will not be repurchase any items due to this.

I ordered several workout pieces that had the potential to be great quality, but unfortunately the overall fit and design were off.

The leggings were cut in a way that made them very unflattering and uncomfortable. The fabric in the “front gusset area” area is too thin and oddly loose compared to the rest of the garment, which caused a very noticeable camel toe. The waistband has tight tummy-control fabric higher up, but then it abruptly switches to thinner material below, which created a visible bulge in the belly area. I don’t even have much of a pooch, so this was especially surprising and very unflattering. It would have been much better if the tummy-control panel extended all the way down through the lower stomach and into the “front gusset area”/thigh area for a smoother look.

The “booty lift” feature is also uncomfortable and not flattering unless you pull it extremely high, which ends up being more uncomfortable than a thong. I don’t have a small or large butt — fairly average but round — so I expected the lifting feature to look decent, but it actually had the opposite effect and made everything look worse.

The tank top also missed the mark. It’s tight around the waist in a corset-like way, which makes the stomach look good, but the fabric becomes thinner near the bra line. Because of that, it created rolls at the top and squished in all the wrong places. If the back came up a bit higher or had more structure, it would prevent that “spillover” effect and be much more flattering.

I originally purchased these items because a friend has one of their waist trainer that seems to be great quality. Unfortunately, the clothing itself didn’t match that same level of structure, support, or thoughtful design.

Be careful if you are sensitive to supplements! I bought the SHREDS bundle last month and finally got the chance to go to the gym today 1/12/26 so I got to FINALLY try the day time Shreds. HUGE mistake! I took as directed this morning, on an empty stomach. I have been dry heaving, nauseous, pale and upset stomach. Basically violently ill until it slowly wore off in the evening! I read the reviews (a total of 8) to make sure this was not going to happen and all I saw were GOOD positive reviews, so I figured I’d give it a try. NOT the case! Now I am stuck with the day and night supplement that clearly did not agree with me. Can’t return it. I will stick with the apparel and workout stuff. Maybe. No more supplements for me! They also I have come to learn, do NOT post the negative reviews, ONLY positives. I personally wrote my experience to make others aware, they filtered it! So it makes sense now. They ought to allow the negatives show considering they could work their way to a lawsuit if someone gets sick or even worse, like I did! It almost felt like I had Food poisoning! It was awful. I’ll stick to my thermogenics, they have never done me wrong.

When purchasing a “challenge,” you get a 200-page PDF, and a Facebook group. In theory, I never got access to the group. Let’s not even mention that the app is rudimentary at best. You do not need it.

The PDF contains the most questionable macros or nutrition tips I have seen in a while, not based on anything that is even remotely in line with scientific research. Neither age nor height play any role in determining your macros. Instead there are very bad random bikini pics that supposedly help you determine your own body fat percentage. Advising 240g of protein for a woman trying to recomp is certainly a… choice. The fats are too low to support hormonal health, and any nutritionist would just weep at those numbers.

The colorful marketing-speak supplements (and where to buy them!) take up five pages, and are mentioned not once, not twice, but three times. I am still at a loss what any of them (except the creatine) are meant to achieve. There is a “cheat meal” shake, so I rest my case.

I believe the first exercise on my chosen plan was burpees with tuck jumps. Spoiler alert – this may be appropriate for some people, but not for everyone.

Maybe that is at the core of the problem. I am not 20 anymore. I was already weary when I saw all the before and after pics, and the huge 8-week changes. A fair chunk of those pics you could have done in 24 hours, too… with the right pose and lighting.

The challenge makes it clear why these transformations appear so huge, and why there are so many. They have money prizes. All you have to do is immediately send in before pics – those have very strict rules on hanging arms, no pose, etc. Can you believe it? The after pics don’t have the same rules, and you are very welcome to pose. It is magic. Oh, and if you don’t object, your pics belong to them for all the promo.

I actually asked for a refund within 5 minutes of receiving the challenge content, because I immediately knew that this was not a fitness or nutrition program for normal people.

Ah, so sad, no refund. Because them offering cash prizes means they are considered a lottery. I lolled.

I wish there had been decent reviews to check before, but the internet seems to suggest they are very thorough at removing critical ones, including in regard to the influencer’s other activities. I got burned, maybe you don’t have to. Or maybe this is the perfect program for someone very young… who knows. I have worked with too many nutritionists, trainers, and coaches in the past to be lured into this.

Bought some attire from the site after seeing the business on tiktok, didn't even receive an order confirmation, nothing, not sure if this is a fake store or what but very suspicious activity and will avoid in future.

BEWARE: MiniBeast charges a 30% restock fee on returns. I returned a $256 order because I did not like the quality. It just wasn't comparable to GymShark, TYR or Nike, companies that would never try to steal from their customers with restocking fees. Had I known, I would have never ordered from this company. I was actually excited for this order but the quality of the items is subpar compared to the prices. Would never purchase from again.

Pretty disappointed

Was really excited to order the two piece track suit. The cropped sweater with the boyfriend joggers. Not only did I pay double for this product I had to pay another 60$ just in shipping fees. When the product arrived it had not one but two seams completely
pulled out of the sleeves. The bottom of my shorts also has a couple seams that are
pulled out as well.

All in all was really disappointed 😞
