From the time of ordering to final delivery, the process took approximately five months for all items to arrive. In today’s environment, there is often an expectation that once an order is placed and paid for, delivery will follow within days—or at least within a few weeks. This extended lead time was not discussed at the time of purchase, which is my primary concern. That said, I acknowledge I could have been more proactive in asking about timelines.

On a positive note, communication from your staff throughout the process was excellent and greatly appreciated.

We ordered a weight rack, flat bench, air bike, and the Relentless Trainer, and I’m pleased to say that all of the equipment is outstanding. The quality is excellent, and we are very happy with the products overall.

I recently purchased a workout machine (The Relentless Trainer Smith) from Befitnow Canada, and honestly, I’m very impressed with both the quality and overall experience. From the moment it arrived, everything felt well-built and sturdy — not cheap or flimsy like some other equipment I’ve tried.

Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were clear, which made the setup process smooth. Once I started using it, I could immediately tell it was designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The motion is smooth, the resistance feels consistent, and it’s great for getting a proper workout at home.

What I appreciate the most is how convenient it is. It’s perfect for staying consistent without having to go to the gym, and it doesn’t take up too much space either.

Good communication from the start, I was advised about the product i wanted to purchase and discovered there was a lifetime warranty on the stair climber.

I was informed about the lead time, they had nothing to hide. I liked the product, the price was good and the timeline worked for my needs.

Bought the adjustable dumbells. Extremely happy with it. Quick changes from 15-90 lbs. I expected rattles between the dumbbells as all adjustable do, however this is extremely solid and almost no rattle. Delivery was fast as well.

Ordered Smith Machine December 7th 2025. Paid $1000. Received phone call 2 days later to expect delay of 4-6 weeks. Last 3 weeks no response to emails or phone calls to customer service. Department impossible to reach sometime can't even leave a message. Going to call one more time and threaten legal action and report to Better Business Bureau. Terrible company. Takes your money and then nothing.

I was in the market for a smith machine with cable pulleys but it had to be a compact size to fit in a basement space and not break the bank. The Fury was the perfect footprint and offered exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Setup was super easy ( I recommend 2 ppl, it took roughly an hour). Pair this machine with a curl bar and some adjustable weights and you’ll have everything you need! Highly recommend Mr. Fury.

We recently purchased a Stepper. We had the guys deliver and set it up. The set it up and wiped it all down. Very polite group of guys. We will be ordering more pieces for sure.

DO NOT BUY!! The worse customer service I've ever experienced! The chair was supposed to arrive within, let's be generous, one week and when we dind't receive it, nobody informed us until I emailed a so-called customer service to ask only to be told that it till arrive in 2 months!!!!!!! Apparently sold out!! The so-called manager of customer service was very fast to respond to my emails once they took the payment, but when we decided to get full refund, after 5 emails sent I decided to call and resolve the refund over the phone!! I wouldn't be surprised if they are running a scam. Save your money and purchase something similar from a reputable seller.

Im sorry but there was no message on the product page informing the customers that the product is out of stock at the time we made the purchase. It actually said that the shippment takes between 5-7 days! The email requesting refund was never responded to at all until I phoned the customer service and stayed on the line to make sure that the refund was actually processed. We bought a similar chair from a reputable company and the customer service and delivery was fantastic and staff was superb in taking care of their customers, which is something you might look into. Thank you and good luck.

Shipment was very well packed, uncrated and assembled in approx 2 hours. Very solid unit Love all the accessories and different exercises you can do

Purchased the Kahuna, everything shipped to my door within a week. 5x8 plywood box full of items and everything was there. I called to obtain some support on cable placement and received the answer I was looking for in approximately one hour as field tech called me on his day off. Handles/bars I purchased did not fit the carabiners but they are actively looking for a solution. Full marks given!

I had not bought gym equipment online before and I searched around on every Canadian claimed website. All prices were different, quality varying. I bought a rubber weight plate set and an EZ curl bar from Befitnow. Starting small to make sure everything was good. I pre purchased the items so once they were in stock it was shipped quite quickly. Made it all across Canada in good shape and the quality is outstanding. Love the weights and love the bar. Will definitely be buying more from this company. Also the only guys who carry the named Smith machines we all love.
