Scam company do not buy from here!!!
Sharing very similar experiences to others here. Asked to process a return because item was of poor quality and did not fit my child. Paid for return of £17 and they never had the courtesy to collect it. Was promised a refund but now over a month and still nothing. An absolute joke of a company.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
I purchased two dresses from here for my daughters and one of the dresses received was incorrect. Despite initially telling me they would resend the correct dress, they've yet to do so and are now completely ignoring my emails following up. The owners/operators of this online store are completely dodgy and dishonest and the customer service is absolutely terrible.
Also the clothes I did recieve were terrible quality and cheap looking - not at all worth the price.
Will never purchase from here again
Feel like ive been scammed. Never sent my order, said they would issue a refund. Its now been 3 months still no refund and they dont respond to emails
I bought some dresses for my baby girl and had to return them due to sizing being incorrect. I shipped it back to their wharehouse assuming the shipment cost, and they never collected it. I’ve been waiting for my refund for 3 months. I have emailed them various times, and they always say they will fix it, but they never do. DO NOT BUT HERE EVER!!!
My order took six weeks to arrive and missed my daughter’s birthday. When I finally received it, I had to pay for return shipping myself, and now the company is refusing to issue a refund, even though tracking clearly shows they received the returned items.
Customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. This experience feels completely dishonest, avoid this company at all costs.
Ordered a gorgeous looking dress on the 10th March and I still haven't received it over 4 months later. I requested a refund about 2 months ago and they keep emailing to say that they will get it sent out as soon as possible but then they never do. I can only assume the company is some sort of scam. Avoid at all costs.
Its dropshipping from China. Advertising lovely dresses for kids but you can find the exact dress for a much lower price at Ali Express. If I knew this was dropshopping I wouldnt have bought here.
