Ordered somw clothes and still no update on the dispatch. Unable to find any contact on the website to ask for an update. Really poor customer service.

Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering. I ordered after seeing the advert on instagram. Waited over 4 weeks for the product to be delivered. The product came without the brand name just a sticker on the packaging. I contacted customer service their explanation was “the supplier must have forgotten to put the brand name sticker on” I cannot give my child a product that is unbranded and without genuine packaging. I have asked for a refund and they will not respond. Do not order from this company and do not give their product to your child.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not buy from Little Sprouts. It took weeks to get my order after being ghosted, lied to and me repeatedly hounding her. Even when I received my two seats one wasn't what I ordered. Apparently many others have had similar issues. She should be shut down.

DO NOT purchase from this company. Should not still be trading. They clearly cannot fulfill orders and looks like they are going to be shut down. I ordered a carseat - after no dispatch notice for over a week emailed to check. They advised order could not be fulfilled and therefore I asked for a refund. Was advised 4 days later it had been processed and would take 5 working days. Well it took a month of constantly chasing and being lied to finally recieve my refund. I am also aware of this happening to many others so steer clear.

I'm genuinely sorry if something is going on the this stockist that means this is happening however they should be shutting down sales on their website if they know full well they cannot fulfil orders or meet demands for refunds.

I've ordered an item late August and received a dispatched email the day after. Weeks later I emailed but no response. I tried calling but no response. Over a month later without contact or my goods so I'm making a claim via PayPal.
This company is either massively incompetent or it's a scam. Avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered a seat and had no problem except that I was left waiting with my very young baby in the car for over half an hour as she was late. Gave a by ball.

July’22 ordered and paid for another seat, still hadn’t arrived by the end of September and I’d sent a few emails with no response. I ended up going to my credit card company for a refund.

I then spoke to the moderators of a facebook group that she was admin on. They asked her about it and she lied basically saying it was my fault. I was able to disprove this with an email trail.

She has since been removed from the group.

I've bought 2 car seats from Cheryl in the past and we are due our third baby in 6 weeks time. I've been trying to contact her for months to arrange an appointment and she completely ignores messages. I had messaged in the past with an issue with one of my other seats that I'd got from her and it was like pulling teeth trying to get her to respond. Also had to chase her for months to get receipts for the products purchased. When you buy from a specialist and support a small business you are paying for the aftercare too, not to just be ghosted once they have your money. Very disappointed as she's one of only 2 independent retailers in NI. Ended up spending our money elsewhere for the new baby's seat.

My husband and I ordered an Axkid Minikid 2 from this company on 24th August as our daughter was getting close to outgrowing her Cybex infant car seat. At the time we ordered there was a £60 discount offer on the seat and we also ordered an Axkid seat protector for the back seat of our car at the same time.

Cheryl got in contact to let us know that there had been an error on her website and she couldn’t honour the price but if we paid the remainder of the money she would include the seat protector free of charge.

I tried to contact Cheryl a few times via email and Facebook messenger over the following week before she sent me the bank details to send the rest of the money for the seat. I sent her the money on 9th September. She contacted me on 15th September to say that the Axkid pallet was being held in customs and she would hopefully be receiving it soon. I chased up on 27th September and was told it was still with customs. Again there was no communication until I chased up on 20th October about where the seat was and she was having to get in touch with Axkid about it. On 4th November she contacted to say the seat had finally arrived and she would be sending it out soon.

I got the dispatch email on 8th November but there was no tracking information provided. When almost a week had passed with no delivery my husband contacted her to request the tracking info which she didn’t want to hand over and said she would check it herself.

The seat was finally delivered on 17th November (almost three months after initial order date) however the seat protector that we ordered and were promised didn’t come with it. On checking with Cheryl she said the protector was stuck to the car seat and must have fallen off in transit but she would check with the courier and come back to me. That was a week ago and I have had no communication from her since. At this point I am tired of having to chase and I have given up.

I thought I would do my bit and support a small local business but I have been left with a very bad taste in my mouth. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone and I wish I had gone directly to Axkid and ordered from them.

I ordered a car seat (Avionaut Sky) Monday morning and it arrived the following morning, very impressed with delivery times! Car seat has arrived well packaged and in immaculate condition. Its too heavy for me to carry (36 weeks pregnant), so I'm excited for my partner to get home and get it installed into our car. I was sent a separate email offering aftercare advice and help with installing the seat, very happy with the service we have received from Little Sprouts! We are on the lookout for a second Minikid2 for our second car, so will definitely be shopping with Little Sprouts again when it's time for us to purchase.
