First time using workout

First time using workout, it’s going to be a challenge, however from the first lesson I am learning how to release the tension in my body. I never realized how tense I stay, no wonder I felt I couldn’t dance lol I have to loosen up!!! Thank You Kate!

Excellent Customer Service from Victoria

I signed up for a course about 10 months ago. I didn't complete it in a timely manner and forgot about it. So I searched my email for what I remembered the subject to be and was fortunately able to find this (very affordable) course was bought from Mindfuleve. I emailed them (on a Sunday) and heard back from Victoria soon thereafter with login information for me. Thus I'm happily delving into the class again, and will keep them in mind for other courses I'm interested in.

I was as very pleased at the great customer service!!

Beware of MindfulEve – Misleading Practices!

I had the worst experience with MindfulEve. They offered a small course for an affordable price, which I was genuinely interested in. However, alongside that, they also included a yearly subscription for $129.99, which I didn’t clearly notice at the time of purchase. While they claim to have a 100% refund policy, when I reached out, Louise told me it doesn’t apply to my case—despite their own clearly stated policy.

Now, I’m stuck with a charge for something I won’t use and dealing with terrible customer service that refuses to honor their own terms. Avoid this company at all costs!
