Crooks. Ordered one online for a Christmas present. Not cheap. A week later was informed they were out of stock, waiting for a shipment, wouldn’t arrive until late January. Requested a refund. Therein started a series of pseudo sincere emails offering various discounts. In short, refused to cancel the order. Said the best they could do was offer me 20% back. Avoid this company.

After reviewing all the recent orders we’ve received from the US, we believe there might be some confusion regarding the brand you’re referring to. We currently have stock in the US and are always happy to cancel orders before shipping for any reason.
It seems you may have been in contact with a different brand, Milky Plant (milkyplant.com), which is not associated with us, Milkin’Plants.
We’d greatly appreciate it if you could verify this and, if it turns out to be the wrong brand, kindly remove this review. However, if this is indeed related to us, please share your order number, and I’ll process a cancellation and full refund right away. That said, I’m confident this might be a mix-up.

Never arrived
I purchased the machine on November 4th. The estimated time for arrival was 2-7 Business Days. It has now been 25 days and it has not arrived, despite the many emails I have sent chasing this. The reply is always the same: "we're so sorry, we're doing everything we can". I have now requested 3 times to cancel the order and refund me, and they literally just ignore my emails. There are numerous other machines like this one out there - just don't try to buy this one.
