Everyone was helpful, answered all of our questions, and was courteous and pleasant, making our experience memorable.

The usual expert help was received by Victoria at Yeovil. She made the whole process easy, thank you.

Recommendion and booking for Hoppa Bus at Heathrow was completely negative experience. They started later than we were led to believe and only ran hourly. Others around us also gave up and took taxis. We ended up wasting that booking entirely and taking taxis both ways.
The booking for parking was wrong but in fairness you did sort that out. It was a good job we spotted it and returned to sort it out.
Confusing advice about receiving 'tickets' and the like.
Not sure there's much depth to the recommendations and advice we received, would prefer professionalism as opposed to chatting.
When selling foreign currency you should advise customers that paying with credit cards may attract significant fees.
Overall a profound contrast to our previous booking- we'll probably book everything ourselves next time.

My enquiry and booking was done only on the phone and emails, Jon the agent was efficient, understanding and helpfull every email and question was answered quickly, we kept changing the goal posts so we wasn't easy, we were spending a lot of money and so felt safer doing it through an agent Miles Morgan didn't let us down

Kerry the travel specialist was extremely helpful in getting us the best deals and was very friendly. We would definitely recommend MM to our family and friends.

The Lady from Hereford was totally informed and able to answer our questions, aid us in what we wanted, sorted car parking, seating , tickets for flight offered insurance, which we declined. We left with all documents ready for our holiday. Excellent attention to detail, a pleasurable experience.

Well what can we say except to thank Ellie so much for all her efforts and patience, to get us what we hope will be our dream retirement holiday.
Our original holiday choice failed as the cruise company was not going to our chosen destination in 2027, it was in 2026, and it was where we really wanted to go. Ellie was so patient and friendly, trolling through endless holiday dates and cabin types to find something in our price range.
We enjoyed cups of tea whilst she searched , at no point did she give up and nothing was too much trouble. What an absolute star!!
