All the staff in the Yeovil shop are very welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable, always keen to help and give excellent service. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We were three ladies on a Sunday morning. We had a bit of a wait, but that’s always to be expected as it’s quite a complicated transaction, when you are starting from scratch. We were made very welcome with a nice cup of coffee. As we were travelling together, we were booking separately, so with all the details needed, it’s a long job. It was the connecting to P and O that took time. I’ve got to say they are one of the worst sites to deal with.we got there in the end will be looking forward to our fly cruise, on Azura. The young lady who we dealt with, Alyssa Ashton was lovely and very patient. Thank you for a nice experience.

Rachel the store manager also looks after us and her staff are amazing as well been using them of a number of year always book my holidays through them I don't go anywhere else.

Like: Friendliness of staff

Dislike: Staff unsure of how to process gift cards. Maybe a bit of training or a flowchart needed.

Helpful efficient service with Ellie .

Have been booking SA trip for a few years through Miles Morgan. Always find any member of staff most helpful polite and caring.
The foiiowup and any extras are also dealt with and nothing is too much bother

Ellie was very helpful and answered all our queries calmly and efficiently.

As always Kerry was so helpful and miles Morgan Yeovil is a professional and happy place to visit all the staff are so friendly and helpful, always a great place to book a holiday. Will go back anytime.
