All the staff in Yeovil branch are just excellent as always, no need to improve, just keep doing what you are doing .

We went in to book a Christmas Market cruise and the lady we dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful. She was really friendly and managed to get us cabins opposite our relatives that we’re going with. She explained everything really well and we’re now really excited about our cruise knowing that it’s all booked and we can just sit back and wait.

I always find Miles Morgan Yeovil easy to deal with.

Alyssa, was great. She even got us an extra discount due to having to change rooms part way through our holiday.

Friendly and knowledgeable advisor. Very patient with accommodating our requirements. Hassle free booking and ticket pickup.

Allyssa gave us great service with efficiency and a smile. Her mentality was exemplory. She wanted to know about us; what sort of holiday we wanted; where we were keen to go; and then built an itinerary around our wishes.

She may be starting out her career as an apprentice, but I think she will go far in the travel industry (or anything else she chooses to do) as she has such a warm and helpful character. She looked smart and professional.

We are looking forward now to our trip to Porto & Lisbon!

We were three ladies on a Sunday morning. We had a bit of a wait, but that’s always to be expected as it’s quite a complicated transaction, when you are starting from scratch. We were made very welcome with a nice cup of coffee. As we were travelling together, we were booking separately, so with all the details needed, it’s a long job. It was the connecting to P and O that took time. I’ve got to say they are one of the worst sites to deal with.we got there in the end will be looking forward to our fly cruise, on Azura. The young lady who we dealt with, Alyssa Ashton was lovely and very patient. Thank you for a nice experience.

Rachel the store manager also looks after us and her staff are amazing as well been using them of a number of year always book my holidays through them I don't go anywhere else.

Dislike: Staff unsure of how to process gift cards. Maybe a bit of training or a flowchart needed.
