Miles Morgan Travel - Trowbridge Recensioni 

This is the third holiday we have booked with Miles Morgan Travel in Trowbridge in the last year and each time the customer service has been excellent! On this occasion, our travel consultant was Aleksandra, who listened to all our requirements, a holiday for a family of 4 adults. She was extremely patient and thorough, checking the surrounding areas of the hotels, destinations, and suitable flight times. We were able to find a super hotel, that fulfilled all of our requirements - on the beach, adults only, all inclusive, sport activities, local area amenities and within budget! Aleksandra is a real asset to the Trowbridge branch - thank you so much for all your help.

Isabelle helped me choose my cabin and deck on the Queen Mary 2 and took the initial deposit by credit card. This is the 3rd cruise she has helped me book, so very happy with her knowledge and service.

The first time I have used them. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely used them again. As it was on this very hot spell they even offered me a drink which was unexpected.

I was looked after by very happy, staff and nothing was too much trouble for them.

We were greeted by Aleksandra who took our complex requirements and immediately set about finding flights and accommodation. While talking to her contact she represented and challenged for our specific requirements and price range. Highly recommend.

Good response to request, friendly helpful staff, easy to make booking

everyone who was free said 'Hello'.
On this occasion we knew which holiday (a cruise) we wanted and so choosing wasn't an issue. But we were given plenty of help in selecting a cabin and Jo Fee spent time showing us deck plans, where cabins were and making sure the one we eventually chose didn't have an obstructed view.
Jo gave us lots of information not only about the cruise but travel insurance and foreign currency options.

As usual the manager and staff at miles Morgan in Trowbridge gave us great service,and this is why we always keep going to them for our holidays. You always get a great welcome from them when you walk through the doors.

Staff so friendly can’t do enough for you. Jo as always was very helpful. We came out of the shop very happy with a lovely River Cruise for next Spring. Customer service spot on you could not ask for more.😀
