Chloe made me feel welcome at the outset and was extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. The experience took out the stress of booking myself. Colin the manager made me a lovely coffee. I cannot recommend this travel agency highly enough

The lovely Isabelle spent ages with us, finding us the perfect holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she knew exactly what we were looking for and advised us on best places for an October holiday

Jo was very helpful and knowledgeable as a disabled person I have certain needs to be able to cruise these were fully explored and resolved with the cruise company to allow us to make a booking. Wonderful service made to feel very welcome and given all the time we needed very patiently done we will be coming back in the future.

We have been booking with Miles Morgan when they were in Bath and now we go to Trowbridge folliwng Jo who always look after us and find us the holiday we want. It is one stop shop where they book our parking and fast track all in our package.

This is the third holiday we have booked with Miles Morgan Travel in Trowbridge in the last year and each time the customer service has been excellent! On this occasion, our travel consultant was Aleksandra, who listened to all our requirements, a holiday for a family of 4 adults. She was extremely patient and thorough, checking the surrounding areas of the hotels, destinations, and suitable flight times. We were able to find a super hotel, that fulfilled all of our requirements - on the beach, adults only, all inclusive, sport activities, local area amenities and within budget! Aleksandra is a real asset to the Trowbridge branch - thank you so much for all your help.

Isabelle helped me choose my cabin and deck on the Queen Mary 2 and took the initial deposit by credit card. This is the 3rd cruise she has helped me book, so very happy with her knowledge and service.

The first time I have used them. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely used them again. As it was on this very hot spell they even offered me a drink which was unexpected.

We went to Miles Morgan based on their good references, we weren't disappointed. We were greeted by Aleksandra who took our complex requirements and immediately set about finding flights and accommodation. While talking to her contact she represented and challenged for our specific requirements and price range. Highly recommend.
