We wanted to travel to Australia and New Zealand for an extra special holiday and Meg at Malmesbury Miles Morgan was excellent. She understood our needs and got right on with the task of organising our trip. Brilliant job. Quick and really well informed.

Jo in Malmesbury is absolutely fantastic. From helping me to choose the right cruise, to holding my hand through the various stages leading up to tickets, nothing is too much trouble. This was a surprise trip for my Wife’s Birthday and our Wedding Anniversary and Jo told the Tour Operator who then surprised us to a few treats. An amazing holiday and a lot of this was down to Jo.

We have recently booked a bespoke USA trip via Miles Morgan's Malmesbury branch. Having moved away from Wiltshire some 4 years ago (to the Outer Hebrides) we took advantage of their expertise once again in booking our get away this autumn. Nothing was too much trouble and Joanne put together the perfect itinerary for us including flights, hotels and car hire.

I visited the Malmesbury branch to purchase some euros. The member of staff was perfectly polite and helpful. However , AFTER I had paid and she had given me the euros, she informed me that I would probably incur a credit card charge. If she had told me before, I would’ve paid by debit card. Whilst I appreciate it’s my responsibility to check, as a professional who deals with this every day, it would have been more useful for her to impart this knowledge BEFORE the transaction .

I presented the agency a challenge and they came out tops. Everything I wanted was arranged speedily. I could never have done this trip without their help and knowledge.

Super efficient service from Meg. Our request was very straightforward but slightly challenging as booking a trip for 16 old males really narrows down the options. Meg found a few places that would be happy to take us, her suggestions ticked all the boxes and it made deciding where to go very easy. When it came to booking the process couldn't have been simpler and Meg even managed to sort a few last minute discounts, bringing the price down ever-so-slightly.

My wife and I recently returned from a month trip to Kerala in Southern India.
Our holiday was arranged by Meg the Manager of Miles Morgan's Malmesbury Branch.
