Irl face to face chats rather than all online were refreshing and helpful. We also liked the fact that we are supporting a local business. Jo and her Colleagues have provided us with sound travel advice during the bi- or tri-annual planned trips to South Africa and abroad. They have been consistent in ironing out any potential "hick-ups", and ensuring the necessary timeous documention for a safe and trouble free passage!. We have committed ourselves to avail ourselves to their excellent services.
