The help we had from all the staff at Cirencester was 1st class. We were made to feel welcome and any information we needed was quickly and efficiently forthcoming.

Laura was very tolerant of me, it was her 10 year anniversary of working at miles Morgan and I rocked up. Didn’t have a clue as to where I wanted to go, she talked me through loads of options and now we are off to Cyprus yay!!! Kate Taylor in Cirencester was a real star. She dealt with our holiday booking over the phone and gave us a truly excellent service. There were issues over getting flights on the dates we wanted and she went the extra mile to ensure we were able to go on the holiday which involved her staying late in the office. This is not the first time we have booked a holiday with Kate and her customer service skills are some of the best we have ever known. She is a real asset to Miles Morgan Travel.

The ladies in the Cirencester branch are very helpful and friendly. I'm not very confident booking a foreign holiday on line. It was nice to be able to go into a travel agent and have th reassurance that it has all been booked correctly.
