Delighted we booked with Miles Morgan in Cirencester. Joanne was great from
start to finish. She’s experienced the trip we’d booked, so having her insight was so useful. We’ve already booked our next trip with Joanne.

The staff on site were welcoming and were attentive to our enquiry. The staff organised our next two holidays swiftly and also answered the many questions we put to them showing a good depth of knowledge and understanding. I was very impressed and would recommend the agents to any of my friends to use for holiday travel

Joanne was so helpful throughout the process of booking. Nothing was too much trouble, she guided us through the whole process. Would highly recommend.

Everyone at the Cirencester branch is friendly and very helpful. They all go out of their way to make sure everything is made easy and stress free making the entire holiday experience enjoyable.

We enquired about two holidays and were given excellent feedback for both. We have booked one holiday and have registered for a further holiday, which is not yet offered, but for a future date.

The ladies in the travel agents are always so helpful, they go out of there way to sort out any questions or problems. They chase up requests for answers from the holiday supplier. I would really recommend them to anyone.Keep it up Ladies.

Over the last few weeks, our Danube River Cruise has been in doubt. When reaching the 72 hr deadline, the girls were most helpful in keeping us informed and passing on a very late communication, well beyond normal hours which confirmed that the trip would go ahead
The following day, Joanne spent a lot of time helping us through the final stages and booking a future Douro river cruise, this in spite of being 'on hold' for nearly an hour to RT. Great and friendly service.
