They both went over and above to ensure I eventually found ‘what I hope will be’, the perfect accommodation option for this special visit. They also shared such helpful information on trip / eating out options, and how to access and book these. We’ve just booked our September holiday for next year.
Ellie has been fantastic once again in finding a suitable Hotel. Rhiannon & Catherine have also been involved.
Good team work, nothing is too much trouble and Miles Morgan in Chepstow deserve the praise, the staff make it a successful business.

I was made to feel welcome and the adviser took time to help with all the questions I had. They came back with prices and options within a day and gave good advice on how to make the most of our trip.

Two things stand out:
Being able to deal with just one of your staff throughout the booking process, and beyond, in our case Rhiannon.
And then Rhiannon being able to deal with the paper work as the cruise date becomes imminent.
2025 is our first year with Miles Morgan and we have already linked with them again for 2026
