We have used Miles Morgan Travel for a number of years now, mainly because they are very good at what they do. They have always been very helpful and friendly and go the extra mile.

Stacey was extremely helpful and found what we needed and booked our cruise.

Stacey the representative who worked with me on my booking was personable, extremely knowledgeable about the tour, flights, country etc. Gave excellent options and was hugely efficient with the booking, emails and paperwork.
I was very impressed and grateful for such a good service. I will differently be booking more tours in the future.

We knew the Egyptian holiday we wanted to book. Sam was so knowledgeable, so ‘can do’, so helpful, so personable and by the time we left the store, we were so happy with and confident in our booking.
We’d booked a ‘once in a lifetime’ holiday to Australia and New Zealand last year and it was Sam’s attention to detail, help and support which brought us back to book our next holiday.

Helpful agent who listened to my request and gave me advice on the best options.

Sybil in the Chetenham office was simply outstanding. She couldn't have done more to help. She worked hard to find us exactly the right cruise even staying well past her going home time on a saturday after a long day. To add to that, after we'd left, Sybil searched everywhere and found us (having coffee in the cafe) to reunite the pair of specs we'd left behind. This is more than service...it's friendship. It's about someone who enjoys their job and does it extremely well. Thank you Miles Morgan Travel.

We wanted to book a Riviera Cruise.

And we had a voucher from a previous trip from them.

We thought MM had a level playing field on price with Riviera. They do not !!

But Sibyl took up the challenge , and eventually got most of our entitlement for us.

Caroline was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to help us find a great cruise within our budget. We are delighted and very much looking forward to our holiday.

Excellent service by very efficient person

Apart from getting my name wrong in early communications, my only issue to date is the payment method I was obliged to use to pay the deposit. I would have much preferred to pay by BACS but was told I had to pay by card then and there.

Agent understanding exactly what we wanted!

Sam was extremely welcoming and helpful as always. She answered all of our questions and ensured we completed a booking and made arrangements for a further holiday.
