Karen Griggs had lots of problems with our bookings and remained calm!

Mistakes were made in holiday quotations by the travel agent upon which I made purchase decisions. When I found an error in the quote the travel agent took NO RESPONSIBILITY for the error. After many correspondences I offered that they cancel my booking for which I am still waiting on my deposit to be refunded. Terrible customer service

First class & professional service from fairly new to the branch, Karen Griggs, despite it being a busy early August Saturday.

Karen was extremely patient and helpful in suggesting various options.

We were looking for a Norwegian cruise on the Internet but gave up as we couldn't find what we wanted. We went into miles Morgan as we've seen them on tv and looked a good company. Sybil was brilliant. She took all our details and we left her to it. She came up with a few options, one being just what we wanted. She did everything for us even booking the car park. I won't bother to waste my time in the future scrolling for hours through loads of different websites when I can go into miles Morgan and know my holiday will not only be just what I'm looking for but also peace of mind that everything is covered

We walked into Miles Morgan, having walked by many times as we thought we might not be able to afford a holiday here. Sam Beavan was so amazing and helpful, she talked about where we wanted to go, and what type of holiday we wanted and guided us every step of the way. She has also been very supportive as we are not seasoned travellers and have not been abroad since 2018.

Ellie is amazing. She spent time on what we were looking for and made sure it suited us. We have booked many holidays with her and continue to do so. Highly recommend her!

Total dedication to trying to sort out what we needed
, as my wife is in a wheel chair and we had to have an adapted cabin as she is unable to walk. There are other medical reasons and they went up and above. We have used them for many years when we were fit and well and discovered cruising. A pleasure to do business with them
