Caroline at miles Morgan has helped us to sort out so much cause of health issues, nothing was to much bother for her and went way about anybody I have ever know. So thank you Caroline from waitrose in Cheltenham.

Personal efficient friendly service as usual!

We saw Stacey the Manager of the Cheltenham branch. She, as always gives the best service and we cannot fault this branch. They have so much experience and knowledge and take the time to make sure every detail is covered in a cheerful and friendly way.

Staff are always very helpful and do everything to make it easy to book your holiday .

Excellent personalised service. We had very specific ideas for our holiday and these were all accommodated very well. The staff were friendly, informative and instantly approachable and the whole process felt very relaxed.

Sam Beavan at Miles Morgan Travel Agency in the Cheltenham Waitrose store took my very loose ideas/hopes for a special holiday booking and honed them into a reality. She quickly discerned the sort of thing we might like and made some insightful and exciting suggestions. I had time on my hands that day and so was able to sit with Sam as she patiently researched what was possible with some very narrow dates. It was the very end of the day but at no time did Sam rush me and she didn’t give up looking for the perfect holiday for us. She was super knowledgeable about the details of the holiday, the process and explained the next steps clearly. Our holiday is 6 months away yet but I’m confident Sam will provide all we need ahead of the trip. It was a really pleasant experience - I was surprised how good it feels to have the face to face help and advice after years of ‘online’ booking.

We enjoy a face to face service. Ellie was friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble to successfully book two holidays for us in one visit.

We have booked a city break with Miles Morgan in the Cheltenham branch and have received excellent customer service from all members, they have taken time to discuss options, diligently looked for the best options for room and flights, sold us insurance and spoken about other countries we would love to visit. Stacey exceeded our expectations on value for money when we enquired about a Triple Centre Holiday that we had seen advertised with Miles Morgan. After listening to our requirements she very quickly provided us with 3 options for us to review. All were very reasonable and we quickly decided on the option that was best suited for us. Stacey was very knowledgeable on where we wanted to go, see and do. She always wanted to provide us with some additional and thoughtful information which helped us with our decision to book our Triple Centre Holiday easily and timely with Miles Morgan. It was a real pleasure booking our next adventure with them.

I decided to use Miles Morgan Travel Cheltenham as recommended by my neighbour. I introduced myself to Caroline and she has been amazing. It is so nice to not have to spend hours on the telephone and leaving messages to strangers when booking online. Caroline has dealt with my queries and has now organised a trip of a lifetime for my husband and myself to Alaska.
