Marie was very helpful guiding me through the options for my very first ever cruise. So fingers crossed I'll enjoy the experience. Took me a while to realise I wasn't dealing with Fred Olsen company directly and as always the deal price advertised is never the price available when you investigate the offer. That said price seems OK but as I don't have anything to compare it with I'll reserve judgement until after the cruise. That said Marie was very helpful snd I'm off on my first cruise which I am very excited about!

The staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient and always reliable. Their expertise is wide-ranging and they take pride in giving first class service.

From first enquiry to booked River Cruise was a very speedy process. Brenda is a true professional and noticed that one of our passports will need renewing prior to our trip - we have actioned that.
