We were arranging a short city break to Amsterdam and Alek gave us good advice, listened to what we were looking for and arranged everything very quickly and smoothly. All very efficient and friendly.

Natalie was so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to speak with her

That personal touch and being made to feel that our requests were very important and that we were not being awkward. The whole experience was pleasant and professional and fun. We chatted to two members of staff who were amazing and so helpful.

Probably OK for simple bookings that can be done in one session if you know exactly what you want. For a bespoke package they had to go through another agent. Difficult for us to speak to the same person consistently and difficult for them to speak to the same person at the other agent consistently. The price seemed to vary (sometimes by thousands of pounds) from day to day and for minor variations. Eventually, once we established exactly what we wanted to do they made every effort to be able to book it for us. We got there in the end!

Your agent delt with my problem very efficiently and in a friendly manner. It was a case of the operator, Ryanair, was not able to read my card. I can now look forward to my trip to Dublin.
