I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Miles and Barr, Whitstable office. They have been fantastic from first viewing to completion. I would like to say a special thank you to Annie Collier who made the dealings with vendor, solicitors and my selling agents seamless. Thank you again to all involved.

Phenomenal experience. Literally everyone that assisted with the procurement process was extremely helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. Miles & Barr are very influential and highly connected and as thus, can create a pipeline and interface with multiple disciplines to deliver a package tailored to one’s needs and expectations. High fives, fist bumps and hugs to Megan & Annie + the entire team who strategised and coordinated the affairs necessary to see me through every stage - my own personal guardians. With team members like that, Miles & Barr demonstrated their prowess in the industry, their dedication and showcase their values - I salute you.

Annie at Miles and Barr was Amazing guiding me through the process of buying my New House. She was Experienced Professional and Friendly. Any issue/query raised she would deal with it immediately. Liaising between myself and the Vendors, listening to any concerns, following through to a satisfactory agreement. Throughout the process I felt confident that my interests were considered as well as Vendors. It was a smooth quick transaction. Miles & Barr are such a great team of people to work with. From my first viewings I felt I was in good hands. All super nice people. Very knowledgeable of the area. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Annie did a fantastic job as Sales Progressor working well together we got there. Sophie, Megan, Harriet and Adam all made it happen, thank you for being a great team providing exceptional service along the way.

My wife and I feel so overwhelmed by the absolute support given by all the Team at Miles & Barr Whitstable. It was a very rocky road that we travelled down but there was always someone there to cheerfully help, advise and reassure - especially Annie who regularly contacted us about progress ( and pitfalls) right the way through to a successful completion. We would highly recommend this team for both selling and buying.

Senior purchase progress or, Rebecca Gravener went beyond her remit to assist with what I initially looked like a straightforward apartment purchase in Canterbury.
It was not straightforward due to the complexity of the lease and 3 sets of solicitors involved.
She continued to pursue in order to complete the transaction , sending many emails and phone calls. The sale has finally been completed after 8 months!
