Appalling service
Appalling service. Sent a return weeks ago, and Mintoo never processed the refund, nor let me know that they had a technical issue processing it. Thankfully, my wife remembered and weeks later I had to chase for it. The refund still hasn’t been processed, and I bet I have to chase them again. Untrustworthy, in my humble opinion. Be better, please.

Fake items, decent Support
I’ve ordered a lot, truly a lot, of items from MIINTO, most of them authentic and with extremely fast shipping, unfortunately within last month I received 2 fake items back to back, which is really disappointing and concerning, the return for the first one seems to be successful, hope this stays true for the second item, after these experiences I wouldn’t recommend buying from the website, returning items is really time consuming.
I’ll avoid MIINTO for now

The order came fast. The shirt is top quality, thick fabric, and material. It looks just like the picture that’s on the website. The only problem that I had is that they charge too much for shipping in Taxes I will be ordering again.

I was concerned about purchasing shoes…
I was concerned about purchasing shoes internationally. Afraid they may never arrive, or that they’re damaged, or they get here but a month later or they’re fake etc… I found a pair I’ve been looking in town at on Miinto for a couple hundred less. I decided to take the chance based on reviews and ordered the sneakers from them. I was not disappointed!! They arrived in less than a week, they sent updates, first one was the morning after I purchased them and they were already being mailed! They arrived in perfect condition and were the authentic shoes I’ve been looking at here. I NEVER leave reviews for items I purchase, but this one I believe deserves it! To get a product from Italy to Texas in less than a week with no problems was amazing! I’m looking at their site first now when purchasing anything overseas.
