I purchased a Dior wallet, and when I received it, it was missing serial numbers and an authenticity card, and it came without any original Dior package bag. On the Miinto website, it said that this bag is made from lamb leather, but when I received it, it smelled very bad. I tried to get it authenticated by other websites which are doing this job, but after submitting some pictures, they asked for some information that I hadn't provided it and they mentioned they are not able to check the authenticity. I sent two emails, both were responded by a bot and not by customer service. I submitted two grantee claims which I received confirmation for both, but when I check the status, it says no claim has been submitted. There is no phone number on the website, and they are not reachable at all. I wanted to return it, but it says I need to pay $15 for the return shipment. I am not going to purchase anything from their website again, and I had a terrible experience with them.

I was looking for some specific sunglasses and I found them on Miinto. I had never heard of the site so I was a little worried at first. My order shipped within a day and everything was smooth. Love the site and I feel like they have some of the best prices.

Fast & reliable. I was at Milan Salon show this year and picked up a magazine randomly at airport lounge on my way home. The advertisement caught my eye. I searched for the gym shoe on the magazine and found the match. Just less than a week , the package from Spain arrived by my door in USA. Happy Shopper.
