The courier failed to deliver my meals on 4 different occasions. I gave Mighty Macros several opportunities to make it right by accepting a credit for my next order each time. But, the deliveries kept getting missed. After the 4th time, I asked for a refund instead of another credit. They agreed and said someone from the senior team would contact me. That was over 6 weeks ago. I have emailed them 3 more times asking for an update in these past 6 weeks. I keep getting told the same thing - that someone from the senior team will contact me. I never hear back from them after that. The meals were good so I wish the courier was more reliable. But now Mighty Macros themselves have proven unreliable. I’d give them another chance if they’d jut follow through on their offer of a refund and fix the issues with the courier.

I like there food a lot. But there service is extremely unreliable. They don't respond to customer support email at all.
Last week my meals arrived 3 days late. I gave them a pass and blamed it on delivery carrier.
This week they didn't even ship meals on time. I supposed to receive food today and have no idea if they are going to arrive or not.
Customer service is terrible, there is total radio silence on email responses. They have no phone number to reach out.
I feel cheated. Stay away.

Absolutely horrendous customer service.
They shipped an order 2 days late that came with melted ice packs and food that had been just cooking on a hot truck for 2 days. I wanted a full refund because I had paused my subscription. They said they would escalate and I’ve heard NOTHING. not only that but they sent another freaking week of meals after I paused the subscription!!!! AND CHARGED ME.
Horrible. Don’t use. Food is mediocre anyway.

horrible experience. i told them to cancel my shipment and service. but supposedly they sent me a email that i was recieving my meals saturday. so i was ok with it since it was a late cancel. the shipment didnt arrive and then i got a email that its coming monday and it never came. its friday and i never got the meals BUT then they did cancel my entire subsription and after multiple emails about my concern they didnt email me back. eventually they said they were going to see what they could do and 2 days later. no response, no refund and no meals. This is BS. I'm going to report them to the BBB, state attorney and every place I can rate there lousy customer service.

I’ve used this service for almost a year now and love it! I think the meals taste awesome and are filling. I haven’t had any big issues with them at all. I’ve had a few meals break in transit but I was credited for them. I’ve found the customer service to be pretty good but I agree it’s annoying they don’t have a phone number. I was bummed the fettuccine Alfredo was discontinued because that was the bomb. Also the barcode for MyFitnessPal never works which is annoying. But overall they have given me my weekends back and deliver great tasting meals. I had tried other companies before them and if you’re looking for an option low in calories but still tasty, this is hands down the best.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! In two separate occasions (out of ~6 total deliveries I ordered from them) the food showed up late and spoiled both times. If you scroll down you will see that this is a recurrent theme. It’s not only bad enough that they will deliver spoiled food to you, they also refuse to refund your card for the meals that are inedible. Their customer service is the worst, all they have is a support email that doesn’t help and no phone number is available for support. Stay away if you care about your health and money!!!

This company can't get it right. Out of 4 deliveries they were days late with two of them, food was bad upon delivery. Further, they charged me for the next round of meals even though they said "credit" was provided to cover the cost of the bad food deliveries + some....clearly not the case. If you're thinking of doing a meal prep company, stay away from MM as the cost of inconvenience, lack of reliability, being over charged, and STILL having to meal prep, outweighs the service.

The first time I ordered the food was delivered on time, no issues. Loved it.
The second time I ordered, the order got delayed with the delivery company. No one reached out, I got no emails and no notifications. The food was delivered completely warm (ice packs were also completely melted and warm). The food must have just sat on the truck for 2 days. Crazy but I was hoping to salvage some of it so I ended up freezing all the food for a little over a week in hopes it still was ok. The first one I opened smelled ok so I ate it. It was SOUR. I guess it was dumb to try but the food was expensive and apparently they don't give refunds. Honestly I would have been happy if they would have communicated and said "Hey sorry we messed up, we'll refund you immediately". But instead I got no communication and a box of warm, fermenting food on my door step 2 days late.

My first order was cancelled, no one reached out or told me, I reached out to them the gentleman told me “as a sign of good faith we will credit your account”. That was flag number one. I finally got my first order. This is the second payment I made, the box arrived open, all the ice packs were melted, and the food was warm. I can’t eat this, it’s totally unsafe. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear a response. I have paid 320.00 to this company and have received absolutely no food, and the credit that was applied was not refunded it was applied to my account. I don’t recommend this company at all at this point. :( such a bummer because I was looking forward to great easy prepackaged heathy food.

I purchased mighty macros due to a special discount going on, however it still isn't the cheapest meal plans I've had. First order for 10 meals is 74$ and the next 2 are $84 so not cheap. And the meals are ok, the salmon Dijon was not good, the salmon was not a good piece of fish, it tasted very fishy not like how good quality salmon should taste with mostly brown meat and the broccoli was not cooked enough and picked up the fishy flavor. The spicy beef curry is somewhat greasy with grisley meat. You get to choose your meals after you pay, which when I put on the filter for my dietary needs ended up having only 2 choices, so I had to get items with ingredients I didn't particularly want. I went and thought I'd skipped the next shipment for next week because I am going to be out of town. I got charged and reached out to support. Somehow I accidentally skipped the wrong week, not sure how but my initial email response I got from them said they would cancel the shipment and credit it. I asked back that I be refunded instead if they could do that as I had also cancelled the subscription and sisnt wsnt another expensive shipment. It takes forever for them to respond and they then wrote back that the food is in prep already, mind you the shipment isn't even until next week and they already said they stopped the order and that my only solution is to "find someone to pick up my package while I'm out of town." I wrote back I was confused as to why I was already told the order was stopped and coukd be credited. And 11 hours went by with no response back. There's no phone number, no way to talk to anyone else. I'm super frustrated. To top it off, ky package that just arrived yesterday had a broken meal in it spilled all over the other meals. I'm not even bothering to reach out about that because clearly they aren't even trying to respond back now that they see I want a refund and am frustrated. I don't understand and support takes ages to respond and instead said they'd be out of money if they refunded me. How does that make sense if you can cancel and credit me in your first response then back track and say the food is already cooked?? What if I didn't redo my cancelled subscription to get my credit for 2 months from now, would you still tell me the foods being prepped today? And then not even answer me back to try and resolve it?

We got 10 meals for the first week. The meals weren't bad, but compared to other meal services the flavors weren't balanced, and the quality wasn't what I expected for the price.
My husband ended up getting sick from the shrimp, so we decided not to continue the service. Because the cutoff date to cancel the second week of food was the morning after we got the initial shipment we were billed for the second week that we no longer wanted. Emailing support wasn't any help, they just repeated that they couldn't do anything because the cutoff date had passed. They refused to provide any kind of refund.
I don't expect everyone would get sick from the food. But if you are new to the services, it may be smart to suspend the second week until you have had a chance to try the food.

2 weeks in a row they did not deliver my food. The first week it was delivered 2 days late and the food went bad. You can imagine the smell that came out of the box when I opened it. The 2nd week they had "kitchen problems" so the food did not make the delivery. What's the point in trusting a company to provide you food if they are not trustworthy? Please spare yourself the headache.

This is by far the nastiest meal prep I’ve ever tasted. Everything is greasy and taste unhealthy. The vegetables are bland. The meals look NOTHING like the picture. I’ve only gotten one week and cannot bare eat anymore meals (been eating them for 3 days.) I wish I could get a refund knowing they look nothing like the photos. Will not be ordering again.

The actual meals don't look at all like the pictures and weren't that tasty. My box came with 4 bricks of ice wrapped in plastic which made the box very heavy. The ice and food were in a huge plastic envelope and the food was in plastic trays.

Honestly I really wanted to like this brand but when compared to some of the alternatives I found that their food was a bit stale and lacking in flavor. The texture was generally pretty lackluster, ranging from slimy sauces to old chicken breast. As anyone who eats a lot of chicken breast knows, tough chicken breast is the bane of our existence.
Pricewise, other similar services serving Los Angeles had much better introductory offers, and offered better referrals, on top of just being cheaper over all.
While I was only on here for 2 weeks, the selection didn't really change and I didn't feel like I had a good choice in options based on how they set up the subscriptions, attached to specific meal plans with little room for customization.
Overall, average at best, which isn't quite good enough when there's so many options out there.

EDIT: Mighty Macros Customer Service called me personally to resolve this matter - the rep I had dealt with via email did not understand the proper protocols in dealing with my issue. MM has refunded me in addition to store credit, while explaining this is standard practice and should have been communicated to me after my initial complaint. I have since resumed my subscription and am looking forward to having delicious prepped lunches for weeks/months/years to come. I'd like to thank Mighty Macros for making the effort in correcting this matter, as is how it should be.

This review is unfortunate, because I very much enjoy the meals that Mighty Macros provides. However, their customer service could leave very much to be desired. I see by the reviews here that my experience is common, and that is a shame. Mighty Macros truly needs help with their customer service.
For my delivery this week, FedEx claimed to have made a delivery attempt, but there is no excuse for that to happen at my home - the gate code is printed on my shipping label, and I have a Ring doorbell in case that fails. But after reviewing the surveillance footage of my front gate of the delivery window, no one ever came to my gate.
I emailed Mighty Macros informing them of this, and their response? To blame me! They sent me a screenshot of the FedEx tracking delivery page, with the delivery attempt highlighted, and then reiterated that FedEx had attempted to make a delivery, and that I should call FedEx and take it up with them.
How insulting! I really can't believe it. I have done meal plans with several other companies, and I have never had an issue like this. I have had a delivery every single week from Home Chef via FedEx over the last 2 years, and only once or twice was there a delivery issue. And when that happened, Home Chef was always quick to find a fix to the issue, at no cost to me.
It's such a shame, because I would have subscribed to Mighty Macros for the foreseeable future, I loved the meals that much. They would have consistently made money off of me every week for years to come.
And when I informed Mina, the customer service rep I was dealing with, that I would be leaving this review, her response: "We appreciate you leaving us a feedback. This will help us improve more."
Either she's a robot, or she/the company is truly that petty and spiteful.
So disappointing, and so easily avoided. I have cancelled my subscription and will now be trying the various competitors out there.
I love Mighty Macros. The meals are well-balanced and make me feel good after eating them. I love how you can choose different portion sizes and macros by selecting different meal plans based on your individual preferences. I'm definitely going to be ordering meals from them again!
Might Macros is amazing!! The meals are so delicious. I am never hungry as the meals are satisfying. Customer service is awesome! They are professional and very courteous. They respond in a timely manner if I had any questions.
I have been on the sculpt plan for about a month and I am already seeing amazing results. I am quite pleased. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family for sure.
Two weeks this company charges me for food and two weeks they messed my order up. First order my food arrived melted and second order has yet to arrive. Customer service is a giant joke and refuse to provide a phone number to speak with anyone.

Can I leave zero stars?
This company requires that you give your credit card company before you can even view their menu - then when you don't like the menu and want to cancel, they have a sweet person via the chat that says they understand and will cancel.
THEN THEY CHARGE YOU ANYWAY
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION - they are liars and thieves.
