The worst

The worst.
Hi.
I have received no tracking number for this delivery.
Honestly I’m canceling my subscription. I gave you all the tools to succeed. RE door code, my phone number, a WORKING call box in which a delivery driver may call my unit and be buzzed in. A guarantee online on your website that claims that I don’t need to be home for delivery.

All of these tools combined with your terrible reviews online, has given me cause to pause and wonder why I should stick around.
Why would you assume, that after this terrible first impression, I would want to continue on?

Thank you for trying to help me re your company policies. But do better next time. Hold your drivers accountable. And give me my money back.

Thanks for waiting. The delivery tracking details are sent via email before the Wednesday delivery, can you help double-check your inbox or spam so we can raise this.

We apologise for this, we have been notified by our couriers that the meals were delivered, based on the information we have gathered it seems that the meals were stolen. We are not responsible for stolen goods as it is out of our control. However, as a gesture of goodwill, I have now provided a 1-time store credit for the whole order onto the MM account. This is non-expiry and will be used first before charging your card next Thursday at 9 AM PDT cycle as long as the account is active. Here is your subscription screenshot as reference:



Would it be possible that you to have any CCTV or camera footage as we would like to track down this thief and report them to the police?

As you can clearly see from that picture. That is an apt building. In the delivery instructions there was an attached door code to deliver the parcel safety.
I can say with certainty that my package was stolen off of that unguarded and fully in view doorstep and as I had no tracking notification or delivery information I was not home to receive it.
In addition, your website states a safe and completed delivery as part of the service and I did not receive any help on your part beside for this email after the fact, the fact being my package not being delivered safely even after my part to enable you to deliver it to the best of your ability. RE a working door code and a working callbox with two ways of contacting me.
I would like to request a full refund of my payment.

I trust you are well.

I apologize for the confusion. I see you are assigned to the weekly Thursday at 9 AM PDT for delivery the following Wednesday. Deleivey tracker are sent to the MM registered email a night before the delivery day once the meal box has been scanned and picked up. Please note of the schedules are they are fixed until further notice.

For the tracking details, I shared the GLS link and tracking number fore your reference. The report show the delivery has been completed as of 6/25/2022 12:03 PM and a photo is attached where the parcel has been placed.

I never received a tracking number for my delivery and I can’t find the delivery itself. I left a door code and I expected the delivery to come before 9:00pm. Is that not going to be the case?!

After trying and comparing several…

After trying and comparing several different meal prep companies, I’ve come to the conclusion that mighty macros has the best macro ratios of them all - especially with most of their meals being high in protein. The beef was surprisingly tender too. Only thing I would improve is presentation, but at the end of the day I’m eating these to reach my fitness goals so I don’t mind too much.

This program has been so helpful, and the people who answered my questions were awesome. The food is top level and it's so cool that awesome people made a program where people can reach their goals while eating an awesome meal prep. This program is really what dieting is, not eating some brown rice and chicken for years, but eating hecka good food while also reaching your goal.

This program goes beyond plus ultra. ^ ^

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Unreliable service and terrible customer support. The other reviews are accurate, Mighty Macros is an unreliable service which defeats the whole purpose of meal prep delivery. I received my first order and the ice was completely melted and was afraid to eat food. I cancelled and they told me I was too late. Seriously....I cancelled and didn't want the spoiled food and the sent again. Refused to give my money back. I will be disputing with my cc company. Absolutely DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Once happy customer cancelling asap

Edit: They responded to my initial missed delivery with an apology and an offer of a replacement delivery plus an extra $40 in credit. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Then they missed the delivery a second time in a row. Definitely cancelling now and will be disputing the charge with my credit card if a full refund isn't processed immediately.

Been a customer for about two months now and just experienced my first missed delivery (coincidently when I increased from 10 to 15 meals per week). The food was great. After missing the delivery I found these reviews of other customers experience and I'm pretty certain I will be cancelling my account asap and signing up with a different service. The website is atrocious for support, doesn't list support operating hours, can't submit tickets, and seeing these other experiences doesn't inspire much confidence whatsoever. Such a shame because the food was actually really good.

I have been using mighty macros for a…

I have been using mighty macros for a year now and they have helped me lose a ton of weight on their low calorie program. Every time I’ve had to email them about something (changing subscription, tracking) they’ve been very responsive. I love their meals and they’re great for helping me stick to a low cal diet. Highly reccomend.

Had some issues but they were…

Had some issues but they were addressed. I think they would have much better reviews by using a better shipper. Ordering is the easiest thing, and there’s a decent amount of meals to choose from. It’s honestly a lot of meat. More than a lot of other services I’ve used .

Order was supposed to be here March 3

Order was supposed to be here March 3. never received a shipping tracking number, never received my order but they certainly charged me for it. This company is horrible. do not do business with them as you will not get orders on time or at all. . I will be disputing with my credit card and MM can deal with the legal department from navy federal. Ive already sent an email to customer service twice.

Terrible delivery

Terrible delivery, don't waste time, it's frustrating to schedule your diet for the week and not receive it on the day, also then waste time and have to complain and have no return, because the customer service is terrible.

They will steal your money and ignore you!

***So, I wanted to update you. They left a reply below, which they do for all complaints, and they STILL wont respond to your concerns. I did get the 3rd order, with two rancid meals. The packaging was swollen and the food smelled rank! Still charged for one delivery they never made good on and charged for two meals that were rotten. These people are cheats, frauds and liars.***

Terrible company! They will take your money and you will not get a delivery. Their "customer support" will ignore you. Giving you no recourse. It's unfortunate because the one order I DID get, the food was actually pretty good. Although it was several days late. Please don't let them cheat you too.

I didn't receive my last delivery and when I reached out to Mighty Macros, their team ignored me. Would not recommend it to anyone

They did NOT refund me, despite what they may say in their delayed response.

The food is always delivered days later and customer support is non-existent

The food never arrives when it is supposed to, normally there is at least one day delay. Their website presents an option to "Skip a week" if you need, but that doesn't seem to work. One of my deliveries that was supposed to be cancelled, was charged on my credit card, I opened a ticket to verify why and they confirmed to me that the charge was a mistake and my next delivery would be free. The food was delivered anyway (arrived 3 days late and was already spoiled by the time I opened the box), I e-mailed support and they denied that I successfully requested the week to be skipped.
The food tastes ok when it arrives on time but this whole service seems more like a scam than actual service. Just trust the bad reviews and stay away, it's not worth the trouble.

Terrible customer support!

In general the food is decent and serves the purpose but the customer support is atrocious. I've messaged them about deliveries not showing up on time (three times my food was totally rotten by the time it got to me). Another time I messaged them about a mistake on the ordering and despite their auto response stating a 24 hour turn around, they never got back to me and it's been three days. This service would be good if they could fix the customer support.

Trust the bad reviews

Trust the bad reviews. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because most of the time only the unhappy ones write reviews. My first package came on time and perfect, but then the second delivery was switched to some delivery company called GLS and they are terrible. My package is currently 4 days late and im sure its rotten. Impossible to contact them to find out where it is and why it wasnt delivered. Emailed mighty macros twice as there is no way to call them. No response. What a scam.

Read all the other negative reviews. As soon as it is time for the second package is when everything goes downhill

Continuous lies about their packaging, false advertising

This company has lied to me multiple times about their packaging. I signed up with them because I was reassured that the packaging was 90% biodegradable many times, which I have written record of. That is not at all the case, they use #5 plastic which is only recyclable. It's likely that only 10% of it is biodegradable, if that. Myself and everyone else who has been lied to like this deserve their full money back.

I've tried getting through with their customer service many times on this and gotten nowhere, so I will be going to the BBB and exploring options for class action on false advertising.

Mighty macros is a huge lifesaver for…

Mighty macros is a huge lifesaver for me in being able to reach my goals in my fitness journey. It eliminates the stress and time I had to previously use for cooking meals. The options are endless although I generally order the same 3 meals since they are my favorites!

No Customer Service

Ordered my meals, when I received the tracking number, the fed ex site didn't have record of the number. When I tried to email support there was no response. On the day of I finally was able to use the live chat, which they tried to direct me to fed ex. When the operator was about to help me get it all fixed we got disconnected from the live chat somehow, and now it doesn't work on their site. It been 5 days and still no response from my original email sent. Still have not received a refund, or the meals, or a fix, or a response...

Absolutely terrible delivery service

Absolutely terrible delivery service. They have missed more than four of my deliveries. I keep getting promised a call from a manager - I have yet to receive one.
I was told I would have a credit on my account for the most recent missed delivery, and instead they charged me for a new order and have not replied to my emails.
Also they won't expedite a new order, you wait 10 days and you may get your next one - or not.
