Terrible experience. Constant chasing up with updates for a potential job with Rebecca, all I get in response is " I will chase it up tomorrow and keep you informed "
I never got an update after 2 weeks.

Hi All,
I was dealing with Becci from Michael Page. The job was advertised as fuel card and company vehicle offered but during the interview I was informed by the employer this was not the case. I contacted Becci after the interview. She said it was false advertising and the company was genuine. Becci also said they were putting together an offer for me. Becci then ghosted me. Total charlatans!

CONSTANT SPAM EMAILS!

I have had over 20 emails from your company in the last 24 hours (I would attached a screen shot but there is no option to) I am blocking them but they keep coming. This needs to stop. I don't know who you use to chuck out your marketing emails but can you please contact them and get the to remove my email address with immediate effect!

How many times do we have to ask you to STOP emailing our business? Atrocious. And against UK law!
Mary Brown and Lisa Burrows (IF real people even) need to be on a course to point out the law, opting out and what that means, seriously! STOP now

This isn't a phising scam causing issues TO your employees. This is you talking rubbish as one of your own managers contacted us in reply to an email telling you I have reported you all to Ofcom. At least stop lying!

In an era where they say the next revolution will be a technological one, it's really quite unprofessional that the so called recruiters do not respond/return calls or emails! I applied for a few roles yet my CV was not on their system! Exasperating to deal with!!

Sends unsolicited texts to your phone. At no point have I ever given them my number. Scammers.

Terrible interaction.
Consultant promise to call back but doesn't despite having a very very strong cv for the role.
Phone consultant leaving voice mails but can't even be bothered to acknowledge you

After they were recommended to me, I decided to make contact, was even told when I submitted my cv that the director stated that this is a good candidate, I was told that a teams call would be set up for the following week, then nothing! I called, I emailed, sent message on LinkedIn then called and asked to speak to someone then miracously got a call back the very same day with the person I was trying to make contact with, he then decided to tell me about a job that had been on LinkedIn for weeks, to my stupidity I told him I had already applied and the very next day I received an email from the company to say I wasn’t suitable when it’s exactly what I had done previously - I don’t think it’s a coincidence - I am shocked how they operate or should I say their consultant - definitely giving them a bad name

After speaking with someone who appeared lovely and very enthusiastic about my experience and expertise and had told me they were submitting my CV for a role…I stupidly mentioned that I have a disability. From that moment, their tone changed and despite following up…I have heard nothing from the consultant since. Considering I am a Diversity & Inclusion professional, this is absolutely disgusting…!

Applied for a job via Michael Page. Recruiter got in-touch asking for further information. After that I chased the recruiter over the course of three weeks who kept saying she was awaiting an update. I eventually spoke to the company directly who advised me they had not given their details to Michael Page and would have to investigate further. Rather a shocking experience.

I applied for a job which led me to Rebecca Rhodes , she supported me all the way through , she was professional and guided me from start to finish , i don't say this likely but Rebecca is amazing at what she does and a real credit to micheal page

Just another typical recruitment agency with poor customer service.
You get pitched/proposed a great job with a client. You agree for your CV to be sent and that's it. No follow-up, call back or email after that point. Complete silence like a nuclear bunker. Not professional and very disappointed.

I have nothing but good things to say about Micheal Page, from the very start of the process they were detailed in there approach and a real pleasure to deal with. After starting my employment I still received regular calls to see how I had settled in. Would highly recommend.

Worked with Michael Ormiston who after an initial phone call had a couple of roles in mind that would be suitable. Quickly managed to arrange a first stage interview and was well guided through the process, with multiple calls (very easy to talk to), progressed to the second stage and again was able to speak directly to Mike re the task given and he also provided good feedback. Further to this, he has helped me secure a very good role that I’m really rather excited about. Since accepting I have continued to liaise with Mike, I’ve never had any issues in speaking with Mike or being ghosted etc. Smooth & transparent process, possibly even one of the best experiences with a recruitment firm.
