Incorrect sheet size sent
I ordered a standard fitted sheet for a super king size mattress as it was one of the few websites that advertised sheets with a 25cm depth, I got sent a sheet with a 30cm depth which is all you can buy in most places so of course it doesn't fit the bed tight enough. It's ok, just not what I ordered.
Edit: I was contacted by Victoria who apologised for the error and sent me a new sheet FOC with the correct dimensions, very much appreciated. Rating updated to 4 stars.

We understand that finding the correct fit for a shallower mattress is exactly why you chose to shop with us, and it’s disappointing to hear we missed the mark on this occasion.
