Placed an order, not given an estimated delivery date. No updates, no order and no way of contacting you. Really poor and frustrating.

It was easy and straightforward. No hidden exstras.

My order was dispatched and arrived very quickly. The website showed the availability and dispatch/arrival window for each variation of the item, which enabled me to make a choice that suited me.

Easy process

Ordered a garden furniture set (Amalfi) really poor quality/construction, marked, dirty and pieces cracked. You can't lean back on it without it cracking the connections - didn't even get chance to get the plastic off the cushions (they look good quality though) You cannot directly get in touch with MFI, hopefully we can get in touch or will have to pursue via the payment method - really disappointed.

MFI customer support staff member Victoria Mansfield was very kind and caring when she rang me after I messaged the company regarding an order they couldn’t fulfill due to being out of stock. She sorted out my issue exactly as I had hoped. She was completely professional understanding and also sent kind wishes to me in her lovely follow up email. These things matter and make a difference. She is a real asset and credit to the MFI company and if MFI are ever looking for someone to train customer service staff in how to deal effectively correctly and professionally with customers she would be an excellent candidate for that type of job . I can’t praise her enough.

I found a discount code but was unable to use it as there was no option when paying.

Absolutely beautiful soft luxurious cushions that would cost twice the price in some other outlets! Really chuffed with our purchase, they look and feel amazing!

Since new ownership by Victorian Plumbing, the e-commerce bathroom giant, the quality of goods looks far superior as opposed to the old, tired MFI of the past. Good looking website too!
