Unresponsive and won't communicate
Lack of response to multiple emails and telephone calls on service charge accounts and budget queries. Substantial unexplained delay in issuing 2023 service charge accounts on Milton House, Leeds. Failure to communicate and engage with leaseholders.

George Liddar has helped to bring the Major Works to the River Wall and garage rebuild to a successful end. He was especially helpful in helping get the last little glitches sorted out with Neil’s help as well.

Michelle Cox was very helpful and was able to assist us to assist our client in a difficult situation. She turned around the sales pack sooner than their quoted time despite also having been on annual leave at this time.

Ash Dieback Disease - Ipsley Manor
We have unfortunately been affected on site with ash dieback disease. Metro have dealt with this efficiently and effectively, ensuring a tree surgeon attended site to assess the situation followed by a further visit shortly afterwards to fell the diseased trees. The tree surgeon Metro employed was excellent and did a quality job. Really happy with how this has been resolved by Metro, especially George, their swift action has prevented further spread across the site.
Good customer service for a complex matter
We had an issue as a result of the previous management company withholding information upon losing the contract to Metro-PM.
I was kept up to date and the issue was resolved in a timely manner

Had to contact Metro pm to ask for their assistance in arranging property modifications to facilitate the discharge of a resident from hospital. Very impressed by the prompt actions taken by Metro to sort this. Courteous and helpful from the start.
I can't thank Metro enough in helping…
I can't thank Metro enough in helping me sort out a water leak from the flat above. This was tripping the electric and despite my best efforts, the owner just wasn't accepting any responsibility. I resorted to advising Metro, not expecting them to step in but just to make them aware that the fabric of the building was being affected. George Liddar took it to his MD who agreed this was a breach of the lease. This meant they could take it to court and force entry, fortunately it didn't come to that but it certainly helped.

TV problems sorted!
Reported a weak tv signal and was contacted almost immediately by a company who made an appointment and rang on two occasions to confirm. The engineer was prompt, knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was on our side of the signal. Then he fitted a filter on the distribution panels. Also, he recommended small items we could purchase to improve our reception.
Very peased that Metro use this company.
