Shipping costs higher than expected.
I appreciate the ability to purchase a new charging cord however a shipping fee of $10 seems quite high for something as light as it was in a small bubble mailer.

Greasy Replacement Blades
Recently ordered a set of replacement blades for my trimmer. Was disappointed to find that the blades are lubricated with oil. I realize that this is by design, but I would prefer not to have a personal grooming device coated with comedogenic oils on my skin. Will stick with the Manscaped brand next time.

Not true to advertisement
Was advertised that it won't cut my balls, but it happened. Utterly disappointed and howling in pain as I'm typing this review holding my balls in my left hand and writing with my right.

The product quality is unmatched
The product quality is unmatched, from its design and aesthetics to delivering on its promise of no nicks or cuts. It's nice there is a modern, fun, high-quality brand that has moved away from gendered labels and expectations of what body hair is "supposed" to look like based on assigned sex, and because of this, using this product boosts my confidence and makes self-care a ritual instead of a chore. Would recommend to anyone, but especially to other queer people like me.

Shaver broken and replacement broken too
Ordered a shaver over 1 year ago. It broke within warranty and customer service was good and sent a replacement. Now, the replacement has also broken within 6 months and the customer service said its not covered. This second shaver is 6 months old and completely dead.
I would not recommend this product.

Excellent service for an excellent product
After my razor broke (likely due to my own negligence honestly), I reached out to Meridian’s customer service. They very quickly got back to me. Because of the warranty period, they were able to send me a replacement, and they did it quick. The razor itself works GREAT, is easy to clean, and simple to use. Great product and great service.

Great company, just not sure it’s for me!
The company itself is great, super efficient with shipping, communication, and it’s really easy to modify or cancel your subscription. The products I’ve tried are the shaver and spray, and I used the subscription to restock on both. It’s a great set up, just not sure the products are for me. I had a different brand of electric shaver and oils before that I feel worked better for me personally, so I’ll likely be switching back.

Issue but resolved very quickly.
Issue with my original shaver. Contacted support service and they saw my problem and immediately issued me a new one. No quibble. Great fast service.

Address Change
I requested delivery to my old address on accident, and realized after confirming payment. I got the OG razor over 4 years ago, and just lost the charging cord to my cat. I sent off a quick email explaining which address I wanted used, and by the next day I had 3 emails in my inbox. The first acknowledged the email, the next was an associate telling me they'd handle the problem, and the final was to tell me the shipping and tracking had been updated. Equally excellent customer service and products.

Easy to use and good quality
This is my first trimmer ever so I won’t be able to compare it. However, I had a really positive first experience! It’s very lightweight and pretty quiet too which is super important to me. It’s so easy to use, trims well and does not irritate skin at all. Would definitely recommend!
