A little mis-advertised, but a good company

I do think the products are slightly mis-advertised. The trimmer is most definitely a trimmer, and you cannot get a 'bare' shave as they advertise. The closest shave I could get was a couple of mm, which wasn't really what I was after. The attachable combs are also slightly mis-advertised; they are not adjustable, they just have 2 lengths, depending on how you attach them. Adjustable implies you can have any length between the range advertised, which is wrong.

However the trimmer seemed very well made, and was light and comfortable to use. I like that the blades can be replaced, making it a more environmentally friendly product than other products on the market. I decided to use their money back guarantee and returned it, even after using it, and the whole process was seamless and easy, so I can't fault their customer service. It was a shame I had to pay for the return postage, but that's a small price to pay considering I was allowed to return it after using it.

Love the trimmer and staff

Love the trimmer, it's much more silent then my old one. After almost a year of good use a problem occured. I contacted the company and they swiftly send me a replacement. Very kind staff as well.

Quick and easy customer service

Quick and easy customer service. I recently placed an order and realized I messed up my shipping address. Their team (Joselyn S.) was super helpful in correcting the address and shipping out a new order at no additional expense. I've had my razor for about 2 years now and have had no issues!

Misleading customers

The machine is good, but the company purchase policy is misleading to its customers. I made a purchase of the trimmer and after 1 month I received a confirmation for another order without my notice. It’s a hidden default option in their website where they subscribe you without your notice in another purchases.

First trimmer faulty, replacement also faulty. Waste of money

Purchased first trimmer in Jan 2023. It wouldn't switch on around Sep 2023, after some back and forth, got a replacement under 1 year warranty. Fast forward to May 2024, the replacement has the same fault again. Totally unreliable product or low quality control.

Could not get a replacement as the original purchase was over a year ago. I make my peace with that. Cautionary tale for anyone else who wants to try their luck, if unlucky, you'd get a bad egg. We should not have to rely on warranty claims or pay for an extended warranty claims period. Spend your money somewhere else

Great product .

Fast response

Everything was ok except that the trimmer got chipped from the first day. The response was prompt though, I am soon receiving a replacement.

Dreadful

Customer service very helpful sending a second razor after first one wouldn’t switch off. First one now charges but won’t switch on at all. Second one has exact same problem as the first one and just switches on at will and will inevitably just die like the first one.

Cover snapped straight away as impossible to get on and off the razor.
