Was ok with my shaver but changed the…

Was ok with my shaver but changed the blade today and it absolutely butchered my privates.
It was a total blood bath and I have no idea how they can market this as safe to use.

Monthly charges without any agreement! Scam!

This company charged me for a monthly subscription without clear agreement and it is impossible to see how to cancel the transactions. I have messaged on instagram and emailed but STILL BEING CHARGED nearly £50 a month. Will be reporting to consumer protection authorities if this is not rectified urgently. Be very careful with this company!

Some of the best customer service I've ever received

I haven't received my product yet, but I have had the chance to interact with their customer service team (due partly to some errors on my part). The team member I interacted with (April) was so helpful and went above-and-beyond to help me. They were also really quick in resolving my issues. Can't wait to receive my shaver and will definitely be shopping with Meridian again :)

Not a chore anymore

Trimming with Meridian is an absolute joy.

Meridian is much better than…

Meridian is much better than Manscapped. The cut is closer and I have never been cut by the blades on a meridian trimmer.

Great trimmer! Give it a chance!!

It is a great trimmer. Does great work around sensitive areas. I love how I look after trimming. Design is also nice. Respect for usb-c. Price is really okay. I feel this product is in shadow of its competitors just because competitors have more aggressive marketing, but less good product.

Nicked my balls!

Well, first use I managed to nick my armpit and my balls so I can't give it a higher star rating. It's a sleek design and seems to do the job however so I'm giving it 3 stars.

For a smooth glide, please angle the Trimmer so that the blade is parallel to the skin. If held directly perpendicular to the skin where the blade edge points towards it, it may result in cuts.

I order a grooming machine

I order a grooming machine. I got it and every thing was ok. Two months later I see a charge from your company after I didn’t order any thing. You stole my money!

subscription is bad way to sell your items and you are not accepting refund or return back at least make reminder or ask for permision before putting the order

When our customers select our product for special prices, we inform them that the promotion is a part of renewing a subscription.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to it. This is because we have a streamlined order processing system that ensures faster arrival times for our customers. Once an order is processed, it is immediately handed off to our fulfillment team for preparation and shipping, and we are unable to cancel it after that point. However, we would absolutely help our customers with the return process of unopened and unused orders by our Return Policy when they contact us.

After reviewing this we can see that our customer support team members have been in contact with you and provided our Return Policy so you can receive a full refund once you ship the order to our warehouse.

Both Ana Paula and April who helped me were kind, quick to answer and thorough in explaining any details I needed with replacing my defect trimmer. When I was communicating with Meridian, I had both very good experiences and very poor. To any costumers who need help, I recommend you reach out directly to customer service. Thank you both for your help in resolving the situation so smoothly!

When the trimmer was working as it's supposed to it worked really well with my thick hair allover and I'm happy with the purchase. Really looking forward to receiving the replacement and being able to use Meridian's trimmer again!

When our customers cancel their subscriptions through the account portal we cannot charge the payment method they used. We send a cancelation confirmation email to ensure our customers that the cancelation was successful. Please note that a subscription must be canceled before the scheduled renewal date. Any other situations, where our customers successfully canceled the subscription before the renewal date and still were charged for the renewal order, would be absolutely investigated and rectified as soon as our customer contacts our support team.

Looking into our system we couldn't find cancelation attempts prior to her scheduled renewal date for your order. A member of our team will reach out to you directly via email to provide further assistance so you can return an unopened order for a full refund.

AND IT MATCHES MY BATHROOM!?

I absolutely love the products that I purchased from this company!
I got two different kinds of trimmers and they both are wonderful!
Function great and do the job!
Not to mention the colors available are perfect because the green matches my bathroom aesthetic perfectly!
The customer service with Meridian Grooming is wonderful and helpful!
I absolutely love a company that appreciates their customers and will be coming back time and time again!
