I had no problem with my return after I purchased head replacements ( I got more than I needed. ) Quick response and resolution. Their shavers are quality products. I'm happy with my purchase and performance.

Overpriced and horrible quality.

Overpriced and horrible quality.

You can buy a Braun trimmer for much less, with a 5-year warranty.

This is not some cheap, China-made product where the accessories don’t even fit, despite being included in the box.

You have to buy an extended warranty to get more than a year of support, which is against EU law.

When you contact Meridian, they say they will follow up, but nothing happens.

Answer to Meridian reply.
Well i dont see where you think you build quality compared to Braun. I just got one for half your price, and you dont have to buy new trimmerheads every 3 mounths.....

Its agains EU law to only cover a product for one year, so how is that complying???

A nice product at a nice price

The Slimmer Trimmer - SKY colour (sooo yummy) is a nice , well priced, compact trimmer with a light and a usb-c port for charging.
Shopping experience with Meridian was totally positive.

Works exactly as advertised

The product just works exactly as advertised. Comfortable to use, no nicks, the light feature is really great, and the size (slimmer trimmer) was better than the usual bulky machines.

Taken advantage of, please avoid this company, they will tie you into subscription with hidden charges - products seem reasonably priced at first - but they are very expensive after add ons. Don't end up out of pocket and conned like me

Terrible scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM MERIDIAN - they add extra charges to your subscriptions which they do not state at the beginning - they also make it very difficult to cancel subscriptions.

While I did not like the product

While I did not like the product, and the return process is complicated since they don’t provide return labels and you have to pay out of your pocket for shipping, still the customer service was great very helpful and fast response

ESTAFADORES PROFESIONALES

Cuidado! Operan como estafadores. Te suscribes sin darte cuenta al comprar sus productos. Y después, a los dos meses, te llega un cobro de +60€ con una simple crema y un recambio. Está claramente diseñado así para que la gente pique el anzuelo. Estafadores profesionales.

Pd.: Me dedico al sector de la experiencia de consumidor. Y esta empresa sabe perfectamente que intentan llevar a engaño a sus clientes. En diseño de experiencia de usuario se le llama “dark pattern” y ellos lo utilizan para ganar dinero a costa de estafar a sus clientes. Intenté cancelar el pedido en cuanto que me di cuenta y no le lo permitieron.

Meridian grooming is the worst

Meridian grooming is a scam. They sign you up for a subscription that's buried so deep in the fine print you'll never see it. They lied about shipping mine after I tried to cancel (the tracking number was null) and then offered to send a 'free replacement'. $77 for two products that will give you hives. The razor wouldn't hold a charge straight out of the box and the customer service is terrible. I would never order from them again.

Overpriced rubbish but pretty

Overpriced trimmer barely cuts hairs without the guard, doubt you’d ever use the guards. I should have looked at these reviews more closely! However, it’s probably ok for more masculine folks wanting a trim - I didn’t expect it to be as good as a razor but did expect better than this.
I got the Premium one in the quiz, so paid about £20 extra than normal, but there’s no difference! I can’t see a travel lock and a USB C isn’t important on a product that’s battery lasts so long. Bit of a con, I’d assumed it was the best one but that is the Plus one, which is misleading naming!!
Also there was a product missing from my order - a replacement blade. Everything else was covered in big plastic packets, even the small brush you use to clean your razor. Not environmentally sustainable.
The instruction book is tiny and I’d expect more for an electronic item so seems a bit dodgy. It doesn’t look very protected from wet in the shower either.
Plus: it arrived quickly, I got a refund for the missing item instantly, and looks like there’s a 30 day test period.

Another subscription con!

Another subscription con!
Along with many other customers who ordered i was unaware that I had been tied into some subscription. Which it doesn't clarify when you place the order.
2 months later I was charged 55€ for 2 products ( never worth that money)
I immediately emailed asking to cancel subscription and order as I didn't want it. They said they wouldn't be able to as it was already being prepared.... that's a lie as it took 2-3 more days to get an email to say it had been dispatched. Inefficient service.
I then had to cover the costs of return. 14€ to return to extremely over priced products.
Never again.
