False Advertising

Am sure the person/people who are reading this hopefully understand English.
What does pair means? Why do I purchase 3 pairs and get 3 pieces instead!?
And why is the quality substantially reduced from years ago?
I paid with shipping and the customs fees more than half the price of the total, which ofc, non of the customs fees are under the shoulders of the meridian co,

When we state that "one pair of boxer briefs is included in one package," we mean that each package contains one pair (two-legged underwear), not two individual items. Best trimmer ever!
It’s the best for men who tend to cut easily, you can shower with it and everything

They will also give you the best customer support if you have warranty and will provide you with a free replacement that will be shipped all around the world - perfect!

What other buyers are saying is true

What other buyers are saying is true, when you purchase from their website beware of anything discounted. It's discounted because they are auto enrolling you in a subscription and it's incredibly hard to catch.

I consider myself pretty thorough when reviewing my order while checking out, and even I missed it. And there are no reminders that you're in a subscription service, you'll just get a shipping confirmation notification months down the line.

Super shady and probably illegal in European countries (things are not as consumer friendly in the US).

On this alone I wouldn't recommend. Any company that has to resort to shady subscription services should be avoided. However the trimmer isn't even that good. The one I purchased is faulty (won't stay on despite a being charged), but at this point I don't want to bother dealing with Meridian to get it resolved.

BTW - Meridian will respond that unopened items can be returned and refunded, but it comes with a $10 processing fee. 🙄 Kind of ridiculous to get penalized on an item/subscription that you didn't knowingly order. They're definitely banking on customers being deterred by that.

As a bonus "kick them while they're down" anyone else having trouble unsubscribing from their marketing emails? I feel like I've done it so many times but I keep getting them. I don't know if I'm being opted in every time I interact with my account or what, but it's super annoying.

No tugging!

Was skeptical about this not tugging. But it works well, with. I tugging. Tried dry- shaving as well. No tugging! Love that it is waterproof, too

The actual product is great - tricked into a subscription sucked

The actual products and trimmer are great. The hidden, unmentioned subscription that came with it is not. The fact that they gave no mention of it with my purchase, no option to change the date, and only let me know once the order was shipped is egregious. The worst part, I probably would have subscribed, I just don't use product that fast.

I understand that a consultant probably came in and said, "You know why you're not actually profitable? You have a lot of happy customers, and none of them return. The real money is in subscriptions and product." And I'm not mad at that, I'm disappointed that instead of a positive experience, I'm left with a bitter taste that easily could have been fixed with a tiny bit of foresight. That's just bad business.

I had an issue with the razor I bought…

I had an issue with the razor I bought from Meridian and when I brought this to the company’s awareness they immediately expressed genuine concern and tried several different ways to fix the problem.

When all such efforts failed in my case they promptly refunded my money. That was not something I expected or asked for.

Meridian’s customer service is exemplary; a level of professionalism sorely lacking in most companies today.

I have nothing but praise for this company and its employees!

Didn’t receive order

I ordered a replacement blade for my trimmer, but received a colon cancer screening test. Never received the blade I paid for. ??? So odd.

Body trimmer is best I’ve ever used but…

Body trimmer is best I’ve ever used but I lost the charging cable. It’s the original version so not a usbc, and nothing I had would fit it.
Dropped them an email and amazingly they replace them at no charge!
I’ve never left a review anywhere until now, but finally I found service like it should be, but never is, until now

I bought Meridian Original a while ago…

I bought Meridian Original a while ago and I still consider it a great purchase. Read a bit that the newer models are not as good as the Original, so I am glad I went with that one

Product purchased was faulty. In 6 months this came to light. The warranty team arranged a replacement. Reliable place when things go wrong and its not ur fault.

First time trimmer use


I've spent a lot of time researching different intimate body trimmers, reading various reviews on different websites. I decided upon Meridian the trimmer plus due to its consistent highly rated reviews. I ordered late Thursday evening and it arrived by lunch time Saturday, first impressions were good, well packaged and presented. I read the manual and put the trimmer straight on charge as I couldn't wait to try it out, I haven't shaved for a while as I knew that I was planning on buying a trimmer. W hat can I say, it worked exactly as it was advertised, I was a little hesitant at first, being very careful as to not cut myself, but the trimmer worked a treat. I didn't use a guard and it removed all the hair, nearly as good as a razor does, the best part, no rash or itching and I never experienced any cuts. I'm really impressed and am considering purchasing another one for my wife.

I liked it while it worked

I liked it while it worked. I received the slimmer trimmer in April, it worked great for about 3 months. Now, it won’t turn on, even after charging for over 24 hours.

Updated from 2 stars to 4 stars.
Great customer service, I received a new trimmer within 2 weeks of my review.

Perfect Razor for Men

Amazing razor
I used this razor a couple days ago and it has created such a smooth surface with no bumps/spots (downstairs). It was very fast shipping and I am very happy with the price that I paid for it. One minor thing is that you have to use the razor flat on your skin because it got caught in a pore when I used it vertically, I did not cut me tho.
